very nice host, well equipped apartment, good location, grocery shops, embarkment, public transportation - everything was close, good value for money

i wish it would be a bit less noisy and the bed could a bit more comfy, but those are really minors, I've experienced much worse :)

Location is perfect - just 5 min walking to the sea and 15 min walking to the city centre. The apartment is spacious, beds are comfortable, kitchen is equipped with everything needed. The district where the apartment located is very quiet, and there are a lot of shops around

Loved almost everything about this apartment. Room great size, location great, amenities brilliant, Host very accommodating. So happy to have stayed here and if ever again in Nice I’d stay here again. Superb place to stay. Merci beaucoup Jean-Jacques

No air conditioning made it uncomfortable at night as it was very hot.

Location was great - 15 minutes walk from train station, 3 minutes from tram going to Port Lympia, 5 minutes from the beach, many shops around, great bakery and coffee shop very close. Facilities - a kitchen is small, but surprisingly very well equipped, also basic products are available (tea, coffee, oil, sugar, etc.). The host - we waited for us to welcome us and hand over the keys. He also allowed us to check out later.

The apartment is facing south so it's very hot. We opened a window only in the early morning and we had the curtains drawn all the time, and still it was hot. Two fans help but only air conditioning would solve the problem. The beds were ok except for the pillows which are uncomfortable. It's good that the apartment has a clothes dryer, but it is too small - you can't hang all the things on the beach at the same time.

The host was super nice. The location was great.

We loved the location and how easy it was to get into town, very close to the sea, and in a quiet street. Had everything we needed and Jean-Jacques was very good with communications.

It gets really really hot inside and there is no air-conditioning. Even though there are fans, it's quite difficult to cool down the room...

It is only 10 minutes away from the center and 5 minutes to the sea. It’s a very clean apartment and you can park for free. The owner of the apartment is also super friendly.

In the high season the apartment can get really warm.

Very nice appartment just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The appartment has a parking space in an underground garage. Communication with the host was very good and efficient.

Nothing. A perfect place to stay in Nice, especially if you come by car.

I like everything in the property it’s very clean and very comfortable in perfect location surrounded with everything you need, our departure from nice was later after check out and we have big luggages we don’t know where we can leave it while there’s a guest will check in after us, But Jean-Jacques take them and keep it in his own place for free and we go complete enjoying French Riviera by going to Canne and we stock in the traffic and we will almost lose our next trip but we were lucky to meet Jean- Jacques he realized how we are so late and he decided by himself to ride us to the airport also for free, I would love to thank him so much really he is a very gentleman, we owe you a lot Jean, no words can be sufficient to express how you are 😍 Thanks a lot Jean

Everything was really great. The accomodation was easly accessable by tram from the airport. The city centre is like 20-25 mintues by bus (the bus stop is really close). The railway station is like 15 minutes by walk. There are supermarkets close. The accomodation was clean, we had everything we needed. Would recommend!
