Eine einfache saubere Unterkunft. Freundliches Personal.
Als ich abends gegen 19 h30 ankam, gab es leider nichts mehr zu essen. Die Hotelküche hatte bereits geschlossen.

The location of the hotel is close to my meeting venue. I have found the services of the hotel to be excellent and responsive to my needs. I would come back when I have the chance.
The Wifi wasn't very strong. This can be improved on by increasing the bandwith or changing the service provider if need be.

Gutes Frühstück, gute Lage nicht weit vom Zentrum. Pesonal sehr freundlich, behilflich und entgegenkommend. Preis durch und durch gerechtfertigt.

Spotless clean, big room, and great breakfast in a very central location and at a very reasonable price
I don't give a 10 only because the courtyard with the tables to eat could have been a bit better taken care of. Like adding a gazebo to relax in the shadow and a few more chairs. But the staff and the room would have deserved a full 10. Well done guys

The location is really convenient - very well connected but surprisingly quiet in the compound. The hotel staff are lovely and very accommodating. The breakfast was brilliant, and they have dinner there also. Everything was clean and the shower was nice and hot. The bottled water and snacks were very appreciated. It's very good value for money.
The air conditioning unit in my room was really noisy, to the point that it kept waking me up. The staff knew about it already, it's a bit frustrating that it couldn't be fixed.
The security guard stopped me as I came back one evening and asked for my number. It made me really uncomfortable especially as I was travelling alone and from where he was he could see which wing of the hotel I went into and my window actually faced the car park. Would suggest that the hotel train staff not to harass female guests.

Location ok. Nothing stood out as all quite standard and expected from this price point.
Aircons were problematic during my stay.

The property was nice. The management staff was great as well. The housekeeping and kitchen staff (Gladys, Ivy, Ester just to name a few) were amazing. So polite and attentive to our every need. We were treated like royalty. We can’t wait to come again and have highly recommend to our family and friends.

- pickup service from airport was not arranged althrough promised in advance... had to arrange taxi myself
- staff didn't want to accept $100 bills issued before 2013 - common issue in Africa tho...
- some rooms & furniture need renovation. Nothing seems to have been improved since I first stayed here in 2017...

The fact breakfast was delivered to the room every morning was a lovely extra.
The fact the details were not considered. For example, the towels were so old and thin they scratched your skin.
The finishes could be cleaner.

I enjoyed my stay. The room is very spacious,very comfortable with plenty storage and all possible gadgets for Use. The Receptionist(Stella) is very polite and friendly,I would have personally employed her if I had a hotel(maybe someday lol).Breakfast is so delicious.I recommend this place a hundred times. Kudos Manjaro!
Only downside is the hotel is a bit difficult to find due to a tricky road system at the Ring road.

i liked the value for money, the friendly staff, the spacious apartment, the breakfast is good too.
the furniture is more than enough, the small table available to take it anywhere is my favorite, the sofas are nice and comfortable. the TV could be bigger but anyway who watches TV these days.
the hot water was an issue
sometimes it is not coming and happened to me mostly when i needed it.
kitchen is not equipped properly (should have couple of spoons, couple of plates, forks, knives, few cups!!!)
the credit card machine (POS) was not working so I had to arrange cash which was a small inconvenience for me
i also didn't like the fact that entrance to road is through back side but that's a small thing

the room was spacious
The bathroom was not clean and the money they charge was not up to the standard I will never recommend this hotel,i checked out at 10am but my details where not updated and I received a WhatsApp message if I’m looking forward to extend my stay.
I was surprised until I had to query them why the female receptionist didn’t update my details
the hotel is even hard to find when getting there
