Besides the fact that the house was really dirty, the sheets and the towels were clean. The two bathrooms were an advantage.

Disadvantages: Fause description- It is located on the main road, NOT ON THE BEACH! No sea view, but road view. A lot of noise- day and night Not a good location. It was in the middle of the nowhere. It was very dirty. The fridge and the washing machine were unusable. Problematic bed in one of the bedrooms, very unstable. Only one of the two bedrooms has actually air condition. Impolite and unhelpful owner. Very expensive for what it offers. As a whole, it was the worst vacation experience my family and i ever had. Nothing in common with the description in booking. I don't recommend it at all. ~~~ 1. Παραπλανητική περιγραφή του καταλύματος.Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται δίπλα σε κεντρικό δρόμο και όχι στην παραλία. Γενικά είναι στη μέση του πουθενά. Η κοντινότερη παραλία βρίσκεται στα 3 χλμ. Στα 200 μέτρα υπάρχει ένας κολπίσκος, ο οποίος ενώνεται με στάσιμα νερά και,ως αποτέλεσμα, αποτελεί εστία μόλυνσης, οπότε δεν είναι σωστό να λαμβάνεται υπόψην ως《παραλία》. 2. Πολύς θόρυβος από τον κεντρικό δρόμο - πρωί και βράδυ. 3. Βρώμικο σπίτι. Δεν ξέρω πότε είχε καθαριστεί τελευταία φορά. Πήγα διακοπές για να κάνω γενική καθαριότητα... Ωστόσο, οι πετσέτες και τα σεντόνια ήταν καθαρά. 4. Το ψυγείο ήταν χαλασμένο και λειτουργούσε ως καταψύκτης. Οτιδήποτε βάλετε μέσα είτε θα παγώσει, είτε θα χαλάσει. 5. Το πλυντήριο ήταν χαλασμένο. Οι αισθητήρες δεν λειτουργούσαν σωστά με αποτέλεσμα το πλυντήριο να διέκοπτε την λειτουργία του τόσο συχνά, που είτε έπρεπε να στεκόμαστε 2 ώρες δίπλα στο πλυντήριο μέχρι να τελειώσει το πρόγραμμα, είτε έπρεπε να πλύνουμε τα ρούχα στο χέρι. 6. Σοβαρό πρόβλημα με το ίντερνετ. 7. Προβληματικό κρεββάτι σε ένα από τα υπνοδωμάτια. Η βάση του κρεβατιού ήταν ασταθής, τα ξύλα έπεφταν συνέχεια και ως συνέπεια αναγκαστήκαμε να κοιμόμαστε στον καναπέ. 8. Κρυφές χρεώσεις- μια μέρα τα παιδιά λέρωσαν τα σεντόνια. Τα έπλυνα,αλλά δεν πρόλαβαν να στεγνώσουν.

The house is wonderfull , it has everything you need . At a few steps of the house you have a relaxing and not growded beach , and if you feel de need for a more animated beach you have at a minute distance other beaches . Of all the location in which i travel in Greece , this is my number one in the top list . The host Mr. Andreas is a great host , help us with local recommendation of other beaches , tavern .

Comfortable house for a family. There is everything that you need.

The bathroom was not clean enough for me. Microwave and refrigerator were also not very well cleaned. There is no wind arounf the house because it is located under the road level and it is surrounded by trees and other houses.

The house if spacious, clean, well equipped, has everything you may need for your vacation (even a washing machine - which was amazing). The terrace is big, with lots of shade, so you basically do not have to spend any time inside. All in all, perfect summer house.

The sofa bed in the living room can hardly accommodate two adults because its extension can move during the night, but it was ok for kids. Livari beach is crowded with campers and the water is very shallow but there are many other nice beaches nearby.

The villa is everything you'd need for a relaxed vacation. The place is very cozy with all the necessary facilities. There is a comfortable large veranda and garden. The beach is also just 2 minutes away.

This house is absolutely amazing, we really enjoued staying in Andrew's home. We particularly loves the whole outdoor living, we had lots of alfresco dinnong, and some even napped on the putdoor couch :)

Only maybe get an esspressor for coffee? Nothing else, it was perfect
