Solo tenemos palabras buenas hacia Sandro y Nina. Son encantadores y se preocupan mucho por las personas que se hospedan en su casa.
Es un lugar precioso, muy cuidado. La habitación era estupenda, con baño privado y una terraza espectacular con vistas al mar.
El desayuno está buenísimo. Variedad de dulces y platos salados como embutido, yogur hecho por ellos... todo muy rico.
Está ubicado en una zona tranquila, con un supermercado muy cerca, con productos a buen precio. Además se encuentra a 15-20 min en coche de Cagliari.
Hay una playa enfrente de la casa.
Todo ha sido increíble. No ha habido nada que no nos haya gustado.

Un posto meraviglioso !!! Per chi cerca pace e vuole rigenerarsi ....qui trova la magia , un luogo accogliente ...ti senti a casa , coccolato!!! I proprietari sono splendidi , gentili , molto disponibili.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Deluxe-Zimmer mit Meerblick. Die Terrasse war oben mit tollem Ausblick. Wunderschöne Anlage mit tollem Garten. Liebevoll dekoriert und der Frühstückstisch immer anders. Tolles Frühstück. Lage sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse.

We can say that our stay was exceptional. Our host we’re very nice and the breakfast was amazing. We loved the room, clean and spacious, the balcony view on the sea is a dream. Anna is really caring and helpful and her husband too. they re charming.

Very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. We felt all the time welcomed. Hosts were taking care and fulfilled every wish we had and at the same time not being intrusive. B&B is located right next to the sea, with amazing terase and great view. A very well maintained, beautiful garden, to enjoy a tasty breakfast or just hide from the sun and relax. The whole house and garden are arranged with taste and sense for detail, cosy and clean. The room was very clean, equipped with all we needed including air-conditioning we appreciated very much in the hot summer days. Wifi was a bit weak, but we did not mind, as we preffereed to watch the sea view instead of the screen ;-)

Wonderful location on the beach. Stunning sea views and a garden oasis to relax in. Great breakfast, catered to gluten free. Lovely staff.

Amazing room with breathtaking sea views, quiet neighboring area, Anna and Sandro are very welcoming and kind hosts, and the place is just like paradise 🫶🏻 ample parking in front of it and 2 beaches in walking distance♥️

Sandro asked us what we preferred, dolce or salty, (eggs and ham, cheese etc)
We opted for salty, it was a different arrangement everyday, with lovely details. The room was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable, heating in the room was good we controlled if and when we needed it, plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The terrace is quite large, enough seating and with the sea just 5 metres away, it was a beautiful sight in the morning and a lovely sound of the water lapping at the rocks in the evening.

Apartment was clean, very close to the sea. It was nice to go sleep with sounds of waves. We had a plane very early and owner bring us breakfast basket to our room

A woderful, almost English, breakfast in the courtyard. A terrace with a view of the sea, which is right there. A cut-de-sac, so it's very quiet, only the sound of the sea can be heard. Very comfortable bed.

clean room, comfortable mattress and pillows, large terrace, facing the sea, which is very close, 10-12 m. It is 100 m from the beach, and if you want to get to Poetto beach, you take 25 minutes by car. The location is in a very quiet area, and the owners are very kind. Good breakfast

The balcony with a view of the sea was fabulous, so was the lovely garden with hammocks. The hosts were so friendly and we really appreciated the personal touches at breakfast.

La Casa di Nina is a magical place! Perfect location by the sea, outstanding view and the owners’ attantion to every detail, both inside and outside the house, make your stay there a truly relaxing and unforgettable time. Can't wait to come back!

Everything was great. The hosts were exceptional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the best of all the BBs we visited. The house is very comfortable and has a beautiful view from the terrace to the sea.
The beach in front of the house and also nearby was not arranged. Probably there was not the bathing season yet.

La Casa di Nina had only the best to offer
We loved everything about the place - comfort of the elegant deluxe double room with amazing tarrace and an incredible sea view, delicious breakfast with fresh sweet buns and croissant and quietness of the place.

Super comfortable room, clean, cosy, and with an amazing view. 15min drive to Cagliari and 20min drive to the airport. Host was very nice and tried to accomodate every need. Amazing little gem outside the city.
The owner didn't speak english, but it was no issue, we were able to commmunicate as needed.

I really loved my room and the view from the terrace to the ocean was just amazing. But also the garden was so calm and nice to chill in a hammock. It was my best accommodation so far within Sardinia. The breakfast was great…The hosts even bought oat milk extra for me - very very kind of them. It was sad, that I couldn’t speak a lot with them due to language barrier, but they tried to do all the best to let me feel comfortable.
The WiFi actually didn’t really worked - I had full signal, but nothing was loading. Luckily is the mobile internet extremely good there (not common everywhere on the island!), so I was fine with it.

I liked everything , nice clean house, beuautifuly served breakfest with nice arrangemements, beach in front of house …. Anna & Sandro very nice and amazing people, Im very thankfull for beautiful trips to the different beaches - Thank You very much 😊😊

Seafront yet calm location close to the beach. Great breakfast and very hospitable hosts. Nice terrace for relaxing in the evenings. A lot of space for parking on a quiet street.
