Holiday apartment is very well furnished and equipped
Terribly loud at night; apartment is on a Main Street so lots of traffic and a tram that went right through the night - if you’re a light sleeper, it’s not great!

Fantastic appartment, spacious, well equiped, nicely clean. We'll be back!
Getting the keys was a bit complicated. The owner didn't pick the phone and didn't reply to my voice messages. Luckily things ended up well and overall our stay was great.

There were many small things that show that the owner cares about the property and the rooms were really nicely decorated.
Noise. If you are a light sleeper, expect that you will wake up early due to loud tram noises or just the wooden stair cleaning sounds that start at 7 in the morning. Luckily, the annoyance was compensated by extremely flexible check-in times (it was possible to settle in way before the decided time).
