The owner was very pleasant and made me feel at home.The apartment was very nice and clean with a balcony and view of the beautiful countryside

The fridge was in the basement, My bedroom was 2 floors up. Getting up in the night for a cold drink meant going down stairs.

Meri - the host - was very nice and helpful. Also the guesthouse has good location, was very clean and cool even on hot days.

Our room missed some quite essential facilities - like handsoap in bathroom or glasses.

Good value for it's price. The host doesn't talk english but we could understand each other's body language. She was very kind, she even cooked cookies one day. The location is quiet and not much traffic and the parking is easy and free, it's between Fazana and Pula so you can go either way for a trip.

The wifi signal is weak in the upper-front rooms. You have to walk for 35-45 mins to if you want to get in the city center so I advise you to go by car. No TV in the rooms but I don't mind.

Nice, quiet place with warm atmoshere. Very close to the beaches, shop, restaurants and the bus stop. Top location. Thank you Mrs.Meri.

Good place, clean room

The owner was horrible, she didnt respect any private, and she went into rooms without us, she stalked us on breakfast on evenning. She put our things in ash-bin.

Close to the beach, maybe 15 minutes by slow walk. Vila in Lavanda was close, it is nice restaurant! Store 3 minutes from accommodation.

No kitchen, only something like a dining room with fridge. There were no cups, no kettle for coffee, no knives and forks, no spoons. No fridge at room and only one deck in fridge in dining room for three people at apartment. There was no soap at toilet/bathroom!!! Breakfast for 5 € per person, but value of breakfast was maybe 4-6 € for three persons together! Bad communication with housewife. She was always unsatisfied with Booking.com We had air conditioning included in price of booking, but lady refused to give us remote control until we payed 5 € per day per clima! It was horrible in 37 °C!
