J'ai découvert et beaucoup apprécié cet appartement car il est bien placé, calme, propre, bien équipé. La décoration est moderne. La gentillesse et les petites attentions de la propriétaire (victuailles dans le frigo) sont un plus non négligeable.

Good communication with the friendly and helpful host before and during. our stay, with clear directions as to how to find the appartment. The appartment was comfortable and fully equipped, and was in a secure gated complex in a pleasant area.

It was on the second floor, and we had to carry our. heavy suitcases up the stairs.

From first arriving until we left at the end of our stay, this apartment exceeded our expectations. An allocated parking space very near to the entrance, a selection of welcome food in the fridge (bread, butter, cheese, milk, etc) and a beautifully appointed apartment with every amenity we could have wished for. Fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, etc etc), large LED tv with satellite channels, and Atari (if you remember that game console), iron & board, patio table and chairs, air conditioning and a standalone fan left us wanting for nothing. Ideally located 15 minutes from the airport and almost midway between the two wings of the island, it was very easy and quick to get to wherever we wanted to visit on Guadeloupe. 2 minutes away as well, was a supermarket, convenience store, pizza, chinese, kebab, & Japenese restaurants, a patisserie, newsagents and a cafe. Within a few minutes drive, there were many more restaurants including the excellent VanCliff. We will be returning to stay again, hopefully next year :-)

Not much! I am really struggling to think of anything I didn't like! There a couple of potholes in the car park but they are easily avoided. Apart from that, nothing to dislike!

water pressure almost impossible to take shower; location not very easy to find during night (the host shall specify at least the name of the complex to ease the access; GPS coordinates would be even better), kitchen need better clean.

The location was ok, although not on a main street, important facilities were easily accessible either by car or foot. I loved the cleanliness of the apartment and the quiet neighbourhood. The experience was a very great one and I would recommend the place to anyone looking for top of the line accommodation on a budget. Although I never met Anick Marie, she was very helpful throughout the time spent there.

The location is very convenient, especially if you don't have a car and have people to visit at the Eau Claires Clinic which is about 10-15 minute walk away. There are a few shops in the area that sell all the foodstuffs you'll need to feel comfortable. There's even a street fruit and veg vendor just outside the apartment complex. The apartment is very cute for 1-2 people. It was pretty quiet when I stayed there. There's a very nice kitchen with nice modern appliances, a great terrace lounge and a large living room. The bed was very comfortable, too. Great Wifi and TV available, Air con in the living room and bedroom kept me cool and the place was spotless.

Minor squabble: I wish the shower could have been bigger.
