stop looking!! you have found what you were looking for!! we are traveling in Italy for 2 weeks and this is the best place we been at. the host is lovely and extremely kind. the place is close to everything but it is quiet at night.

We loved the location and the stuff (Michela). The room is spacious.

The rooms are not insulated enough from noise. The toilets were not clean (there is mold inside the toilet). The bathroom is not ventilated and the window cannot be opened.

fantastic location, great value for the price, very nice room.

the bathroom fans are so incredibly loud that you hear them from other rooms and it makes you want to rush everytime you go in the bathroom. cleanliness of the shower - there was obvious mold on the ceiling and thick soap residue on the shower head and tile grout. rest of the room was clean. The mattress was not great, it feels like it’s inflatable.

The rooms in Via Chiodo were increadibly clean and very beautiful. The staff were kind and wonderful to deal with. I highly reccomend staying here if you're planning to travel La Spezia or Cinque Terra.

Host was very friendly and helpful. The room was very elegant, clean and relaxing. Def nice to come back to after a long day of walking. I also liked that the bathroom was very spacious with a rainfall shower. The location is very close to restaurants and the port to go take the boat.

In the morning, there was a lot of noise from the doors opening and closing. Small and minor suggestions, would be good to also have a full size mirror in the room, outside the bathroom. The pillows could also be a bit bigger, more fluffy.

I absolutely loved staying here it was so clean and perfect for my trip. The room was very comfy and you can't hear any noise from the road so it's very peaceful. Very tiny hotel and a 15 minute walk from the train station and 3 minutes to the port.

it’s not a hotel it’s an apartment inside a not so nice building. in the entrance of the building there was a bag with clothes and the room smells like tobacco. it was so bad that we left the (non refundable) room and went elsewhere

The location was great, really close to the waterfront and city center. Accessible by walk from La Spezia Central. The staff was great and really helpful. The room has everything you need for a short stay in La Spezia.

The bed was not comfortable. You expect a better mattress and pillows for the price.

parking was far away

The owner is very very kind and there are a lot of restaurants and a lively area nearby. The cinque terre can be visited very good from this place. Check-in was really easy and comfortable.

From the train station it is a little walk (~15min) by foot, but thats no problem. Probably there is also a possibility to take a bus if too far for someone.
