Modern hotel located near Riyadh central area. Room interior design is modern type. Breakfast was good (Cost 110 SAR per person)

- Swimming pool timing for mens is not fair as its only allowed from 6 am until 10:30 am after that women’s are only allowed to use the pool. This schedule should be changed allowing mens to use pool at noon times from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm. - Sometimes when i call reception or room service no answer when i asked them why no answer they said phone system sometimes not working. -Room rates are expensive for this hotel category.

Clean and stylish with good staff and the food is exceptional - I was surprised!

First they allocate disable room to me . Then upon my request they change the room next morning it was smelling very bad . From bathroom water drainage bad smell we’re keep coming . Even after I complaint no proper action were taken for it

We like the design of the room and the hallway(minecraft). Food is also good.

We booked thursday night(start of the weekend) but the pool was under mentainance which is disapointing since that was the reason why we booked the night, to swim with my son. However it was open the next day, and we enjoyed during the hot sun 😅

The staff, the vibe, the bedroom layout. All of it was amazing. The hotel is 10/10

Not a big issue, but the hotel had very limited food selection. Also, the change from breakfast to lunch took 1 hour, maybe it was because they were short staffed during Eid.

Room provided to me was excellent.

Wi Fi provided is not great quality . I ventuslly have to rely on my phone data package for sometime every day during the stay

The location on Olaya Street is excellent. From there everything is easily accessible and there is always a cab in front of the house.

staff were so polite and they always had a beautiful smile. Turki was the best!

the restaurant gave me the bill when I was still having my lunch. like 7 minutes after serving it.

the gym is not available 24 hour for males

the reception abdalaziz and fahad was so good and helpful, welcoming and make me stayed at home

nothing abdalziz help me to avoid any dislike about the property

The staff are not helpful i asked for extra 30 min they have availability and they refuse to allow me

Quite and good location not in the middle of traffic and close to the high way.
