The location is good or those who need to be in Buzin for some reasons (I needed to go to the US embassy, so it was pretty convenient). Marijana is a great host, very friendly and helpful. There's a big mall in 15 minutes walk with everything you might need (but it's closed after 9pm).

The room turned out to be a bit smaller than I expected, and also without windows (just a small one in the roof). But it's ok if you need it just to spend the night. It's not far from the airport as well, but a bit hard to get to the place by public transport.

Breakfast is not offered (specified by the structure) but Mrs. Marijana, very kind, provides customers with a microwave oven, water kettle and some products such as tea bags and herbal teas.

location is good, close to bus station for going to the centre of Zagreb, close to US Embassy; hospitable, helpful owner. The room is comfortable with all the things (kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning, dishes, coffee, etc.). In the yard there is a cozy patio and a gazebo.

I needed to leave early before breakfast so that was not applicable. I like the fact that there was coffee available.

The hotel is really nice, i felt like home! Big thanks to Marijanna for all the help! My room was up there on the second floor (room number 4), there are 2 beds, shower, table, tv, wardrobe, tea kettle, little fridge, everything you need. The heater works well, the view from the window is sweet) although if you need privacy just close the curtains ;) There is pretty big shopping mall Supernova 15-20 min walking distance ;) Currency is kunas (no euros)

If you need to get to the center of the city you should walk like 15 min to the nearest bus station (bus number 268, around 5-6 kunas per 1 ride) or use Uber but it was not a problem for me. :)

The property has anything what I need, the host was really nice and helpful! Highly recommended!

Perfect location for my meeting point. Host was lovely. Accommodation was perfect for a one night stay. I'm sure it would be lovely for more nights but without a car less so.
