It was an incredible little unit that had everything you needed for work trip, Room with a view was right! Leave the curtains open and wake up to that view - quite happily live here. These guys go above and beyond. They think of all your needs and cover it off.

I'm being picky - creaky floorboard next to the shower.

There was a fruit bowl, excellent bread, butter, jams etc, milk and other provisions provided for us to enjoy not only for breakfast.

The view was stunning out of every window and there are comfy seats at every window so the views can be enjoyed. The views can also be seen from the bed. The provisions left were greatly appreciated. Bed was nice and had an electric blanket. (We didn't use it) The sun heated the room well while we were out so only needed the heatpump on low overnight when the temp dropped. We were super happy we'd chosen the room for our 25th wedding anniversary trip.

The only thing I had a little difficulty with was the steep pathways and steps down to the room. That said the view made it well worth it. Also, booking.com made it look like the room had an outdoor entertaining area, but it's the room above that has that.

Great location, breakfast provisions were magnificent. Paul recommended Boatshed Cafe for dinner, it was outstanding for flavour. Will recommend others needing Nelson accommodation to this property.

Staying at Paul's apartment in Nelson was an absolute delight. The cleanliness was impeccable, matched only by the extensive amenities available. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking view which captured our hearts. Paul's welcoming nature made us feel at home, and his stunning ceramic art, on display throughout the premises, added an authentic artistic touch. In short, we were smitten by the entire experience. More than “a room with a view” it is an encapsulated view by a room! Highly recommended!

It was a nice stay with amazing sea view and beach vibes. There were a lot of extras provided like binoculars, umbrella's, torch. Very comfortable bed. Everything was spotlessly clean. This place made my trip. I would like to stay again.

A good variety for breakfast. Key easily accessible. Location ideal although parking was not. Steepness to unit requires more lighting when trying to get to unit at night.

All light switches at one end of the unit. Would have been nice to have a light switch or a light on the right hand side of the bed.

This accommodation is fabulous. The view and facilities are amazing. Very clean and comfortable with generous breakfast supplies included. Would definitely recommend it.

View is wonderful

The location was great. We overlooked Tahunanui Beach and towards the harbour. The breakfasts were very good. There were a lot of extras provided eg binoculars,umbrella's,torch. Could sit and relax in a chair and look at the scenery. We didn't walk on the beach but looked at it every day.

The steps were very narrow and steep-need to take care. Parking was on the street, it was a no exit street so not too much of a problem.

Breakfast supplies were extremely good. Very well provisioned

The apartment was fantastic...clean,spacious and wonderful views .We really appreciated the supplies left for breakfast..very generous and thoughtful....Paul's ceramics were an added bonus...such beautiful work in the apartment and garden. Close to restaurants and cafes...quiet and private...we had a great 3 days at Room With a View...many thanks

Exceptionally well stocked pantry. Beautiful bowl of fruit and vegetables. Stunning views. Nice selection of books videos playing cards and jigsaw puzzles. AWESOME UNBEATABLE WE WILL BE BACK

The accommodation was outstanding in every way - gorgeous location and views, stylish and comfortable furnishings and friendly hosts. It was also incredibly well-stocked with food and treats, which we were not expecting! We can't wait to return.

I honestly can't think of anything. Every need had been anticipated, from beach towels to binoculars!

A beautiful apartment with everything we needed including a wonderful view. It was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was provided, the pantry was incredibly well stocked, it certainly exceeded our expectations. Our host was very welcoming.

Unfortunately the weather was not at all good so we cut our stay short.
