Clean modern comfortable and close to everything

The apartment was exceptionally clean and very well equipped. The air con was great and the shutters blocked out any noise from the street so it was easy to sleep peacefully. There was also plenty of space to store clothes and the bathroom was clean and always had hot water. The location of the apartment was perfect, it is surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants in the old town and there were lots activities and beaches within walking distance. The host, Ivan, was very friendly and accommodating. He facilitated a late check in time as well as allowing us to leave our bags in the building on the day that we checked out as we had a late flight. He was very knowledgeable on the area and gave us a brief history of the place as well as providing restaurant and activity recommendations.

Excellent location

Amazing location in the heart of the Old Town, within a few meters away from the Stradun and with no steep stairs to climb! Everything was super clean, renovated and comfortable. I was positively surprised to find out that it was indeed soundproof and I could sleep well during the night. The host is very kind and polite. We met in front of the Pile Gate and walked together towards the room. He also arranged my transfer from the airport to the city and was willing to assist me with any further questions I had. I recommend it 100% and will definitely come back again! :)

Excellent address. Welcome at the bus stop by Yvan to guide us and he gives good advice. The apartment is very well placed in the historic center, no stairs to climb in its street, just a few steps to access the 1st floor. Beautiful brand new apartment, modern and very well equipped. Taxi organised at the airport by the property, our host Ivan met us at the Pile gate and brought us to the apartment. Ideally located, no steps, short distance to the busy main stradun, shops, restaurants etc.... Very quiet, sound proof shutters. Shower was excellent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a double bed with 2 single duvets on it. Room was a little small

The accomodation is very centrally located in old town. We were met at the bus station just outside of Pile gate and was brought to the location. The host ensured that the accommodation had everything that we needed. Highly recommend!

Excellent location at the heart of Old town. The room has great decoration and it’s exactly as shown in photos. Ivan is a nice and kind host and really helped us to rearrange the check-in time due to time change in flight.

10/10!! The host Ivan was great, he gave us some great recomendations and was really gentile, even let us left the lauggeage for a couple of hours after check out. The apartment was perfect, cleaned, with AC and even some wather and orange juice!

Excellent location, and excellent costumer attention. Owner arranged our transportation from airport when we arrived and to the ferry when we left. Also he kept our luggage until 3:00pm. He was very nice and friendly. We loved our stay in Dubrovnik.

The flat is great, location is just perfect (old town, but it was quiet and safe). We had a room with kitchen with is ideal if you want to have breakfast before leaving in the morning. The flat was clean, smelled well, TV had channels in English, AC works perfectly. Bathroom is very comfortable, big shower and many clean towels. Ivan is a super host, he met us in the gate to the old town and showed us around on the way to the flat. He took care of our special request and made us feel very comfortable.

Excellent location!

The host was really helpful. He came out to receive us on time and helped us with luggage to the apartment. He was responsive, and helped to book our airport transfer. For the same price of getting a uber, we were driven to the airport in a big and comfortable passenger van.

Room and bathroom are perfect. Location is great, just in the middle of the Old Town. No noisy street, sleep is possible without issues. Hosts are very friendly and helping.

Wifi was slow.
