Nothing! Everything was exceptional!

Hospitality from the stuff was amazing, from the waitresses, cleaners, chef, receptionist to the rangers they made sure we super comfortable.

The staff were all very helpful and so friendly. My husband and I felt so at home and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The ladies at the spa, especially Marinda were fantastic. The food was so fresh and tasty.

The warm welcome by the ranger assigned to us, Hannes, who was knowledgeable, patient, professional and friendly, set the tone for the rest of our stay as he maintained the standard/level with the game drive and boat cruise and beyond. The whole staff from the receptionist to the kitchen staff to the rangers and maintenance staff were just amazing, every member of staff was professional, helpful, very friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and pleased. The massage therapists did a wonderful job, amazing! The food was delicious. The chef and our waitress were just as wonderful. We were booked in Villa 2 and it exceeded our expectations! I was impressed by how everyone went out of their way, beyond their job descriptions, to assist and ensure that we were happy, comfortable and settled. I regret booking just one night. I am definitely going back soon 😊

Birding experience

Breakfast was good, would be great if it can vary from day to day. Dinner was excellent. They catered for our baby as well upon request.

Network issues every now and then. Not much of an issue but would be great especially in the rooms.

The food was fantastic and a good variety of meals. The room was neat and clean and the size was also good enough for a family of 4. The facilities were well looked after, both pools were clean and sparkling, service was great right from time of arrival until we left the resort. It was also awesome to see that there were a few kiddies activities which was a bonus. The sand road to reach the destination was also well graded and didnt slow you down too much or damage the vehicle.

It would have been nice if a waiter served you at the pool area

We didn't have any expectations as we booked only a few days up front. But when we came in to the park and saw ostriches and giraffs after 30 seconds we were sold! The staff was very friendly and the Segway tour was absolutely the best experience. The dinner was great and so the breakfast. Waking up with the monkeys chatting outside your window and a kudu walking by was amazing!!

Can not find anything we didn't like :-) But if pointing something, we didn't do the sunset boat ride as it was fully booked and didn't see hippos nor crocodiles..... and the dirt road could need some maintenance.

Perfect place for relaxing... And get in touch with the nature.. 🙌🙌
