The kitchenette was great for cooking our own meals. Price was within budget. Friendly receptionist.

The mattress was worn out with the springs squeaking and creaking and we could feel them all night! Definitely needs replacing ASAP. Window blinds insufficient to block out early morning light. Having to drag suitcases up 20 steep stairs.

quiet apartment, equipped with everything you need. 10 minuits from where we wanted to be.

There's no disabled facilities, we came with my mum and she had to walk up the steep stairs there was no lift, I didn't realise this when booking.

noisy. room was overlooking a busy main road . stairwells were dirty and smelly. double bed was two singles pushed together. very uncomfortable.

Really Uncomfortable mattress

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Room smelt of cigarettes, people were sitting smoking and drinking on balconies. There were some odd people wandering around. Outside of building was dirty and we felt worried about leaving our car in the car park. It seemed there was going to be a band in the bar, this wasn't made clear when we booked, was going to be noisy! Decided to cut our losses and go. Refund refused and the unnecessary £50 deposit took ages to be refunded.

It was clean but not clean enough.. had everything you need was home from home

The bed !! Of all the hotels I've stayed in the bed was 2 single beds pushed together!!! Such a disappointment. My boyfriend had to go home as it was unacceptable.
