Close to the venue we’re attending a wedding. Friendly staff, easy check in

Receptionist Isabela was very helpful. After being given a room without a window that can be opened, she understood my problem and even though the hotel was full, she managed another room with a window where at least some fresh air could come in. Had she not managed it would have ruined my holiday as the room was too claustrophobic. Rooms clean and recently refurbished. Cleaning staff very helpful.

Although the breakfast is reasonably good, the scrambled eggs were horrible on all days. Staff at breakfast were not very helpful.

Location was very good and price fine for a 1-night stop. Arrived very late (early hours of the morning), but reception was functioning fine

When we arrived cars had been parked overnight on the driveway of the hotel, preventing my taxi from drawing up to the front door. With 6 large suitcases and three hand luggage items as well as a very tired 6-year old, this was far from ideal for unloading luggage. We got round it, but not a good start. Arrived in room, clean and fine, but just a single thin cotton bedsheet with no blankets or additional cotton over sheets, Had to call down to reception for these to be brought up. No sooner had we showered that I discovered there was nothing in the frigobar - not even water! Another call down to reception for three bottles of water which came with no glasses despite none being in room - out of bottles we drank!

everything is new and clean!

I can't remember anything I didn't like!
