It’s not safe to stay there. There is no receptionist, no security, no camera, nothing that makes me feel secure in this hotel. I didn’t stay there because I felt unsafe.

Comfy room. A lot of windows and light. Shame we had only one day stay.

The Price was good and location between city centre and railway/bus station

Problem with check in. When I arrived everything was closed. No information. I had to ask local people from the street to call them and ask how to enter.

Clean, coazy and big apartmant, great place and fine people. It's location is near every interesting site to see in Plovdiv. Rooms are clean, every request was acepted. When we came back to Plovdiv, Skerzzo will be our place to stay again.

Location was quiet and good with secure car park at an extra 8 leva a day... Just about enough cups & Cutlery and a kettle. Small fridge in bedroom (+/-) Rooms were large & airy with good Wi Fi connection. Adequate conversations with renter by telephone (In Bulgarian)

We had only small dislikes....More like suggestions to the owners... We had a strange check-in procedure but it worked :-) Fridge in bedroom was noisy at night...Might be better in the kitchen area?? Renters might like to provide a welcoming pack of a few packets of instant Coffee/tea & maybe some water for guests arriving after a long trip? Map of area would be most welcome... Shower head duct taped to bracket so could not be hand held...

Ivo is great and easy-going guy. The room was clean and had a fridge and air conditioning. I would definitely go there a second time.

During hot summer days the room might get a bit sticky but there's air conditioning, so that's not much of a problem at all.
