Michelle was excellent at responding to all queries. Property is well organized and clean. Does not have tea kettle or toaster but does have toaster oven. Brow wood is 20 minutes away by cart and Sumtner is about 40. Lots to do and see. Wonderful pools and golfing and rec centers. Had a wonderful time and will be back

Enjoyed our stay. Great place to stay while exploring all The Villages has to offer. Great golf cart to use if you want to take a ride to the pool, play golf or go to Brownwood Square. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. If we don’t buy our own house in The Villages we will definitely stay here again next year. It was so good we even added 2 extra days to our vacation.

It was everything we were looking for in a rental. We had activity everyday and lots of choices for those our age group. Loved the golf cart!

Excellent House to rent
Great location close to all amenities. Quiet neighborhood. Well stocked house with everything you could need including beach towels. The golf cart made the experience much better and since we only had one car there for the month, it allowed us to both be independent and participate in different activities at the same time. Would highly recommend this property and would stay there again. The Resident ID's that Michelle made available were critical to have so we could participate in all activies at the Sports Pools.

Great location. Ride bike to Fenney, Edna’s and soon Saw Mill Grove once the bridge is complete! Home was comfortable!

Family Vacation
The home was very nice. You had everything you needed in the home. The golf cart was nice to get around. The only thing I didn't like was the camera's outside that was watching you as you walked around. They made me feel very uncomfortable. I don't like to be watched.

The house was extremely clean and modern. Easy check in and great neighborhood.
We had all the amenities of The Villages, including a golf cart. Sad to admit we didn’t have time to enjoy them because we went n enjoyed the other area attractions nearby. Silver Springs, Lake Dora, and Manatees at Crystal River, and Leesburg bike rally. House was extremely clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay in the villages
My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The house was very clean and had everything thing we needed. The location is very close to the Fenney grill which was a great restaurant and it has a family pool behind it making it very easy to grab food and then go swimming. The house is also very close to a putt and play and about 15 minutes away from Brownwood square which had live music every night. We all had a great trip and would stay here again.

The house is in a great area! Close to pools, walking, golfing,. Enjoyed using the golf cart. Now that the turnpike bridge is open you can go anywhere in the villages! Even the grocery store!
