Self service hotel. Arrived with a child late. No information about parking and extra charges. Self check in with no staff to help. Nice breakfast but in sister hotel. If it is self service hotel provide at least a vending machine with snacks in a lobby and coffee machine or kettle for families arriving late. No facilities in a room not even bottled water. Rooms are clean but very small. Very basic - more hostel than a hotel. No information about cash payments at car park. No cash machines near hotel. Apparently you can pay at the lobby of a sister hotel but again- no information provided. Lost an hour trying to get out of car park. If you want a good stay- avoid express it’s not a hotel really- book other hotel next to it- with proper facilities and staff.

I liked how friendly the staff were and they met my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable. It is in an amazing location.

We had bunk beds for the kids and they were perfect. The beds were comfortable and the table and chairs in the room were handy. It was very clean. Self check in was great!

All was ok for one night stay. Checkout was not very clear.We left the key at reception.

The room was super clean 10+. Modern, tidy and well organized hotel. Easy to self check-in. Awesome location. This hotel by far exceeded our expectations.

Price was little too high for Bielefeld. Had to pay for the underground parking as well.

Everything was great, We reached their late at night so we did a remote check-in which was very good and helped a lot. The staff were amazing, they did everything they could to help. Rooms are very clean and the hotel is close to BF metro station.

Maybe little more facilities will be better to be in the room like a water boiler, some coffee sachets and maybe slippers.

internet connection was so bad and they didn’t send any warnings however this problem with connection was one week before our arrivals . the housekeeping didn’t fill the shower and shampoo and it was empty for 2 days however I told them

easy check in, clean room. helpful staff, we needed that because the room was booked for two and decked out for 1. which they handled quickly

the area is a bit cold, if there’s more life and green it will even be better.
