The villa was amazing it was a great location walking distance to everthing they always answered any questions quickly we booked the taxi with them it was there waiting I would definitely recommend I read some review before going and was apprehensive but don't listen to the moaners I would definitely return here again. We stayed in the Ivy villa.

-The territory is dirty -The villa is located far from the city center -In one of the rooms air-conditioning didn't work, so it was cold to sleep

The gardens pool and all staff are excellent. Adem the garden man looked after my pomeranian puppy all the time. They were best buddies. Perfect.

A little feedback. There are Many thanks for your enquiry for our villa gates around the complex which are not secure and left open. I believe people could relax more if these gates were automatically shut and locked. Several small children and dogs could easily get out. Parents and pet owners have to be on their guard all the time.
