I stayed in the pool access suite and my stay was exceptional. The room was big and had private pool access, buffet style breakfast, quiet location (still close to many things in Phuket) , many pools in the resort, rooftop bar/restaurant.

The Staff and shuttle bus

The rooms are very new and modern, the spa Bath in the room is lovely. Tye Design of the hotel is beautiful

construction work during my stay very see through like curtains so you need to keep your room dark at all times. No privacy because from the pool you can look into many rooms

The atmosphere is lovely. It’s a very modern luxury property with very modern rooms. Everything is very new which I liked a lot. The view from the balcony is nice as you can see the ocean. The food was good

They really should be fair and clear in their offer and mention when there is construction work. There was literally an entire pool that couldn’t be used and there was noise throughout the day, so sitting by the pool was hard if you’re noise sensitive like me. The place feels a little bit cramped bc the pool is facing other peoples windows and the curtains are not protecting you from seeing their business. that’s why I kept my room dark most of the time. The shuttle bus is awful as it’s very old and open/windy. you need to hold your hat or belongings so they won’t fly away. I mean, I liked a lot about it, but was extremely annoyed to have booked a hotel where they have construction work going on as I try to avoid that at all cost.

Absolutely fantastic staff, who were prepared to help and provide support in all ways to make your life as easy as possible. Also it’s the little details that make the difference, like sometimes you don’t want to have think of things but here everything was thought of! Great attentive team, fantastic accommodation and tranquil area, close enough to the hussle and bussle with a free shuttle service daily which was great…but also enough for it to be a peaceful and relaxing time! Thank you for everything and for being the first hotel i have ever stayed in to think of the little details that add up to make your life that much easier / better holiday and less stressful!

The only thing I would say is the menu selection and prices were slightly overpriced however this is most likely all hotels ever so not individual to this hotel to be fair!

the only problem is that you cant do anything by walking, because it’s on a hill and a little bit far from the center of patong (8-15 min by car, the traffic is huge)…

1. sometimes we had a drainage smell in our room (especially when AC was off) 2. shuttle times are not convenient and atop very early 3. one of the staff was not friendly at reception- made us wait almost an hour even when we had booked the shuttle
