The location is great . Close the train station and the downtown but on a quiet street . The kitchen is well equipped

The sink in the bathroom is clogged and the water goes down very slowly The rooms get bright as it is facing the streets. When a car passes I see the light from curtain

The flat is really nice, clean and central. Decorations and furnitures were nice and new, the bed was super comfortable and the position is just perfect to walk around Rouen.

We liked the flat but honestly didn’t feel massively welcomed by the host - the first thing you get entering the flat is a 3 pages list of rules (all in French only) explaining what you have to do and how much they charge if something (like a towel) is stolen, which didn’t make us feel very welcomed tbh. Second, the flat has great equipments including a washing machine with dryer that would have been handy to use, but no soap or tablets there and when I messaged the host he suggested I go to the laundromat (not sure why a washing machine is there then and listed in the facilities), once again not very helpful.

Shower floor was slippery in places due to scum
