it was clean.

As it is presented as an apartment, not an air bnb it doesn’t even have cleaning tools, such as detergent for dishes. the host are nice but extremely apprehensive (understandable, for the age) the apartment doesn’t have a Nintendo Wii desk and washing machine. no terrace but just the corridor outside the apartment. the owners do not make any effort to make the apartment welcoming and effectively usable. for example it doesn’t have any snacks or seasonings for cooking (oil or vinegar or salt or sugar) not even a coffee machine, or some tea bags or a kettle at least for the morning. moreover it is really unpleasant to put the client in the condition to ask for the remote for the air conditioned and to ask 10 euros for that as of the air con of few hours would cost 10 euros. Those conditions described represent, in general, a lack of willingness to make the place pleasant and welcoming. overall, 125 euros are definitely too much for the quality of the service received (none, besides a clean but basically empty apartment). moreover it is ridiculous to ask for 100 euros of deposit for one night. having said that, the owners are really trying to be nice.

Everything is good but be ready to pay extra charge for air conditioner and leave deposit. Road ti the beach will take you 10 minutes walk by the road with traffic

The space was clean

The host is rude and yelled at me and family when we didn’t understand what he was saying. Which, he was asking for a security cash deposit (which isn’t listed on the booking.com listing) and said if we didn’t pay it, we wouldn’t be able to stay….after having already paying for the room online.

Apartment is very nice, large and clean. Surroundings is wonderfull.

Wi-Fi didn't work. The 2. bed has only 120 cm.

There is a beautiful garden with fruit trees. It was very sweet of the host to bring us some fresh fruit from the garden. The place is quiet and cozy, far from the tourist. There is a pizza restaurant right in the next building.
