This is a perfect Hotel located close to the airport, which is exactly what we needed. They prepared, take away breakfast for us, because had to leave early for a flight! That was lovely. A good place to rest before or just after your flight

Old facilities, not very clean, its a hotel for one night and for that price really ok. Breakfest... hmm, you can take without it :) coffe is a black water :)

It is near the aiport, 24 hour check in, good AC. If you want hot water, you have to let it run about 20 minutes

Was roomy and fairly clean. Had a seperate living and sleeping area. Pool was just steps aways from my room and very nice. I enjoyed a few meals at the onsite restraunt and found them acceptable.

Room was in need of wall patching and painting. There were cigerette burns in the chaise. It appeared that smoking was permitted throughout. There were ash trays on every balcony. It wasn't horrible except when waking up to the roach on my leg.. They did refund my nights as I headed out. No matter if your room is ready or not, check in is at 2 so just be prepared. Walls are thin. Able to hear the neighbors across the walk on their cell phones I could tell the guest right next to me were completely enjoying each other's company.

Location was great

We were interrogated about towels missing. Because the door locked broke house keeping didn’t come. We left some towels at the pool Side with beach towels. On the last night staff were rude to us. We ended up paying for missing towels but was made to feel like we were stealing from the hotel. It was my son’s 15th birthday and the staff member was angry with my wife while we were having birthday cake. Didn’t like this experience

We needed an hotel in Kuta for visiting the city, but also quite near to Bali airport. This has been perfect for those needs Room was clean and modern.

pool was nice. breakfast was good. ambiance was quiet and peaceful, and the staff were helpful.

The toilet in the room wasn't working properly and the shower water not hot enough. They sent men to fix them, but we had to call several times as the toilet especially didn't want to flush properly. It was mildly disturbing.

Modern transit hotel close to airport, clean with pleasant staff ,nice pool and restaurant.

Hotel is in an area with no shops or restaurants in walking distance, lot of aircraft noise.

A cozy place in a walking distance from the airport. We were searching a nearby accommodation as we arrived after midnight. The bed is comfortable and the area around the pool looks really nice. The breakfast was tasty and staff nice and ready to help with our questions regarding transportation. We stayed for a sleepover only.

Very nice and friendly, the room was clean and tidy. Food was to the point. Pool is very relaxing and the proximity to the airport is a very strong selling point

the shower requires a bit of maintenance and there's no drinking water in the rooms. The transfer service from the airport is very nice, but ~9euro for this ultra-short drive is rather overpriced.

I LIKED THE AREA AS IT IS VERY QUIET . THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL. THE BREAKFASTS ( buffet ) WERE DIFFRENT EVERY DAY AND THEY WERE VERY TASTY UNFORTUNATELY AT TIMES THEY WERE COLD BUT THEY STILL TASTED GOOD

THE ONLY THING IDID NOT LIKE WAS MY FAULT AS I THOUGHT THE HOTEL HAD AN ELEVATOR AND AS A 76 YEAR OLD IT WAS A BIT HARD WALKING UP THE STAIRS THE STAFF CARRIED MY BAGS FOR ME . I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN

The driver of the diana suite picked us up at the airport. we had some issues with luggage etc but he waited for over an hour, so sweet.
