Hotel was nice, clean, located right in the Center of the city. All shops, markets, everything what you need were close to hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location, great details in the room, comfy bed, premium bath and shower products. Very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic pool and spa services. Highly recommended.

It was a very great stay with nothing to complain on. The room, its size, temperature control, bathroom, etc - everything was as expected. The staff was extremely nice, and the breakfast was good. The location is very central and everything is close. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again.
We tried to use pool, but there were no other guests, instead there were some workers fixing something, it was kind of weird so we went away. Then we tried to use SPA procedures (for both of us), but they had only one master, meaing they can process only one guest at time, so we skipped that as well.

The bed was comfortable
The Sauna and the Jacuzzi weren't working. We were very disappointed and asked to talked to the manager. Our complaint was regarded only in the following day after a lot of excuses and needing to remind them about it few times.
Moreover, we wanted to book the full package of the spa and it wasn't available as well. Just after all our complaints we got free massage for both of us, that is good and made as better, but it was to much to deal with in order to get it.

Great stay, helpful and excellent service from staff. Security always out and about in the front. Close to pretty much everything within walking distance.
