The location is great, the room was clean and big enough. Welcome and goodbye compliments from the host make you feel special. Really enjoyed our stay :)

Room very clean, in front of the beach, host present and ready to help with any problem in a very short time, we found fresh drink and some food at our arrival and at our departure. We would chose again this studio for sure! Thank you Katerina!

It was a pleasant stay, the room was big, clean and warm (it was cold outside so I am happy that heating works there). There was everything we needed. The view from the terrace was beautiful :) and it's very close to shops and restaurants. My stay was before high season, so it was really quiet and calm. And Katerina is an amazing host, really friendly and helpful, she even gave us welcome and goodbye gifts which were so nice! We would love to come back one day :)

Perfect location, just across the street from the nice Sarti beach. Also very close to shops and a bakery. Cosy and clean room with kitchen and wide terrace with mount Athos view. Friendly staff, we were given welcome and goodby gifts.

Katerina is a realy kind and nice lady. The room was okey with a good view from the terrace. There were little presents in the fridge for our arrival.

It was really noisy in the night because of the bakery across the street, which was working some nights till 4 a.m.

Everything was OK

Great little hotel. Everything was great! On the first line to the beach! The view from the room is great. We were greeted very well. We had small gifts during the whole holiday. We will visit again next year! Thanks for everything. Highly recommended!

As a recommendation: Place partitions between the balconies of the rooms! Now you can see what the other guests are doing on the balconies!

I only have great words for this trip. We arrived earlier than the check I and the hostess was kind enough to text us when the room was ready for us. Upon our arrival she told us that there was a gift for us which was a bottle of Greek wine and a charcuterie board with different kinds of cheese and meat. The room was big enough and everything was super clean. (The towels smelled so nice). Our room was with terrace and a direct sea view. Right in front of us was the Sarti beach but if you are with a car I recommend you to go and visit other beaches that are 5 minutes drive bur are way more beautiful. There are a lot of restaurants, fast food places, bakeries and markets within walking distance. And as we were leaving the hostess gave us parting present for each of us. I really loved this place and I fully recommend it.

Awesome apartment right across the street from a very nice beach! Quiet room with a nice view. The host is exceptionally nice and greeted us very kindly! Everything perfect!

There could be an outdoor shower to rinse off the beach sand before walking in.

Excellent location, right at beachfront. Clean, comfy and spacious studio. Katerina welcomed us like we are the closest family. She made us feel comfortable through whole stay and even baked delicious chocolate pie for us. Beautiful seaview, sunrise over Athos is stunning. Our small dog enjoyed too. We will come again for sure.
