The location near Mall Road was good. The staff was helpful. There was hot water. Room was comfortable.

There was some type of insect infestation in the room near the bed. Breakfast had very limited options. There is no road access nearby for taxi drop off or pickup so getting up to hotel is difficult with luggage and children but expected as it is on a hill.

Room service was good. Room service guy was hospitable. Cleanliness was visible. You don't get a shady hotel vibe from here. You can take your family with you. You feel safe here. Breakfast is served hot and nice on 5th floor with Amazing view outside. Television was basic and not the smart one. Staff is helpful without any doubt. Tea was hot and good. Room size was perfect for two people and good quality chairs were provided. It offers electric kettle with tea and coffee pouches to make coffee in your free time. Breakfast was great, tasty and unlimited. Hotel offers elevator access and has exit gates on 5th floor as well as ground floor depending on where do you want to go. And washroom was super clean with geyser facility for hot water. This hotel aces on the scale of cleanliness.the bed was really very comfortable and you will have a sound sleep. And I must mention the lobby cum dining area situated at 5th floor. It's beautiful, clean and offers Amazing view. You can go there in your free time and enjoy your tea and snacks with a splendid view of shimla from windows. You will be given clean blankets and towels and linens are changed everyday without asking. We payed around 2900 per night for maple room with breakfast included.

The location. Everything about The hotel is great but is situated at a very odd location. You will have to Trek high and high to reach there. Don't book if you have weak lungs and weak thighs. Once you reach your hotel, you will think 100 times before going out again thinking that you have to again trek to come back to hotel, so you will avoid going out. Cars cannot reach there. Cabs don't go there. We ordered dal makhani which was not tasty. So do not order it. If you want something close to main roads, bus stops then this is not for you. But if location is not an issue and you don't mind walking uphill for quite a distance and you are searching some peace and tranquility then you can go for this hotel.

The location was perfect for us. The shower was good. The staff was very pleasant.

Breakfast wasn’t very diverse. The sheets were a bit stained. All in all, the room was a bit “tired”.
