Beautiful Seattle Area Beach House on the Puget Sound Waterfront
Idílico, tranquilo y acogedor, esta hermosa casa ejecutiva tiene 80 pies de ningún derecho frente al mar banco en Puget Sound. Need a place to stay in Seattle area. Home was perfect. 20 minutes to down town and 10 minutes to airport

I’m so glad we stayed at the Three Tree Point beach house. It was everything that I expected and more. Panoramic view of the Puget Sound was amazing. We could see the ferries ⛴️ from a perfect distance going across back and forth. The view of the snow capped mountains were breathtaking. Just imagine waking up to a gorgeous view of all the above. My coffee tasted so much better ☕️ everyday.
The short distance to the beach was perfect. Although my husband was unable to walk to the beach. He preferred the view from the deck.
Plus, his personal compact scooter made it to the entrance of the house. Which we learned later he could’ve just use his walking cane.
My husband and I often travel to Seattle to visit our son, daughter in law and granddaughter. They live in SW Seattle and the commute was only 16 minutes away.
We purposely flew in to celebrate our granddaughter’s 4th Birthday. We didn’t want to miss it! We were happy to have found a precious jewel 💎 in Three Tree Point.
We highly recommend this gorgeous place. You have my 5 stars ⭐️ I hope we get a chance to come back soon. ❤️ Thank you, Cristina for always staying in touch.

The Three Tree Point Beach House was a wonderful experience. The whole family loved it. The view is fantastic; picture windows in the living room and bedrooms providing a beautiful view of Puget Sound and Vashon Island. We especially enjoyed watching the ferries go by as well as seals and all kinds of birds. I definitely recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful time! The property is right on the water and the views from the large picture windows are absolutely beautiful! We walked on the beach daily which is just out the door and steps away. Enjoyed morning coffee and breakfast at Three Tree Point Store located at the top of the street....such a treat and very convenient. The owners were wonderful and so very helpful! We hope to be back again next year!

Right on the beach for long walks to see the resident seals! House was well equipped with fantastic beds! Beautiful windows face Puget Sound. Enjoy coffee while watching barges and fishing boats head out. Excellent location with store less than 1 block away. Store has coffee, breakfast, wine and lunch options. Became habit forming!

We really enjoyed our time at Three Tree Point cottage we were visiting our daughter for week who lives in West Seattle. The location is convenient to downtown but, provided a calm nature experience for all of us. We loved the bay experience seeing Otters, seals, herons and loons it was fun for all great walking trails nearby and we had some nice fires a couple of nights. The coffee shop around the corner is adorable and had great coffee and a really friendly crowd. A positive experience overall !

3 Tree Point was like going home to Grandmother’s house! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were very comfy and the house had plenty of room for the 4 adults if we needed time away from each other! Ha! Kitchen was well stocked to include extras like spices, bubbly/beer in the frig and paper products. The bathrooms had enough TP for the entire stay and laundry detergent, dish and hand soap were very nice bonuses! You can’t beat the view and the quiet neighborhood away from nearby larger cities. The location is great, close to grocery stores and the 3 Tree Store is fantastic! We ate breakfast and enjoyed an evening drink there numerous times. Cristina was fabulous before, during and after our stay as far as communicating! Stay here…you will not regret!

The pictures of the interior are very accurate, so you can feel confident when planning your stay. The family/great room/dining area has gorgeous views of Puget Sound thanks to the windows along two walls. We saw plenty of maritime traffic (ferries, tankers, container ships, etc.) and were lucky enough to spot Orcas one of the days. There is a built in window seat for about 3/4 of the windows. Great place to sit and read or talk if you can take your eyes off the breathtaking views!
The beds are exceptionally comfortable. We used all three and we all commented on how comfortable they were.
The kitchen is VERY well stocked- we were able to find all the spices we needed to cook with. Plenty of pots, pans, plates, glasses, coffee cups.
The only negative aspect we found was locating and accessing the property. We arrived late at night in the rain (yeah, Seattle) and had trouble finding the gate. It is a dark green and easy to miss. The entrance could use an overhead light and the gate or post could use an address number. It is a short walk (~100 ft.) down a wide gravel path from the parking area. It does have an incline, not steep but it is a grade. The property rep told us all this in advance so we were prepared. Please keep that in mind if you have any people in your party with mobility issues.
The wireless is good.
Would highly recommend and will try to book it again for our next Seattle trip.

We loved walking the beach and talking to the friendly neighbors. I hope to come back again soon! The town of Burien was adorable and close enough to all the city stuff without being busy. It was hard to force ourselves to leave the house. If you are considering booking it… do it! Communication was great with the host and they were always responsive to messages and questions.

Lovely Beach house.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the week at this lovely beach house. The views are spectacular, the space is airy and intimate at the same time. It is a truly special home. Three Tree Point has won our hearts. We hope to be back many times in the future.
The owners are warm, friendly and responsive. The experience overall was excellent.

The airport was a quick 15 minute drive away which worked out wonderfully since we had different family members flying in from different states and at different times. The owner was very gracious and provided complimentary beer and chilled wine the day my husband and I arrived. What made this location work best was you had the feeling of being far away from everything without being truly far away: Seattle and Lake Washington are within an easy 30 minutes drive.

Wonderful beach house
My husband and our two teenagers stayed in the beach house from7/9-12/2011. The home is in a
great location, right on the Sound, and a very easy trip into Seattle on a back road. It was very
comfortable, especially the beds with feather pads under us, and feather duvets above. There
was plenty of room for all of us - my daughter enjoyed the loft room upstairs with its skylights, and
my son in the room downstairs with the water views. We had the same water views from our
upstairs master, and left the sliding doors open at night to hear the waves lapping on the shore.
Of course, the best part was the amazing view, seen from either in the house or outside on the
deck. Saw some beautiful sunsets directly opposite us. The owner, Betty Lou, was charming,
and very welcoming , showing us around the house when we first got there. I would certainly
recommend staying there, especially if you want to visit Seattle , but want to stay somewhere
more quiet than downtown.
