An amazing stay in an excellent location, just nearby the old town of Baden-Baden. The host was also very helpful with letting us check in earlier and with all the needed procedures. We stayed in a very good, wide, cute three-room apartment No.5, and enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had almost all the needed facilities, we even used the oven to make some food. In one words, just an amazing cozy option that we could recommend to stay in Baden-Baden.

Everything was on point. Just like in the pictures shown. Clean, warm, comfortable, all amenities you need for a short stay are provided. The apartment is centrally located near the pedestrian zone in Baden Baden, makes it convenient and good choice to stay in the spa town of Baden Baden. Caracalla spa is just few minutes walk across the center. Would come back and would recommend it to my acquittances for sure.

The appartment was very clean, had amazing facilities and very good location. We did not meet the host personally. I did not feel that was a problem. He responded to our messages after 1-2 days and send clear instructions.

TOP LOCATION, spaceous rooms, attractive wooden doorframes (thats a funny thing to notice)

Rightly or wrongly, everything about the bed felt like plastic. PLASTIC SHEETS, plastic matress, plastic bedclothing .. The immediate surroundings of the building is a building site. We were lucky there was no activity on the buildingsite but pretty it was not.

The apartment is nice, in good location, all the facilities you need are there. It is clean and cozy. The roof windows in our apartment were a very nice touch! Perfect place for not hot days.

Very hot! We were there on very hot days and it was extremely hot inside. There is no air conditioner or fans there and all the windows are on the same side what avoids any air flow (wind). Actually, we couldn't even sleep because of it. Important to say it was the family apartment with two bedrooms on the roof floor.

It's a perfect place to stay when you visit Baden-Baden, really close to de main street, less than a block, there are a lot of restaurants around, to go there from the train station you can take a bus to the city center

Perfect location, exactly in the center but also quiet and chill

The apartment is a bit noisy, you can hear the people upstairs walking. Every morning people were slamming doors, not sure if this was the cleaning person or guests.

The apartment was in a perfect location and very close to restaurants and shops, but still very quiet. We loved the extra space such as a separate living room w/TV, separate bedrooms, and a large kitchen with a table everyone could gather around. The furniture was nice, and the beds were wonderful.

The coziness of the apartment...The wooden/like floors and all appliances (heat,etc) worked well. The host was easily available and helpful.

The WiFi was very weak. If more than two or us connected it stopped working. It was shared between all the flats. Also the building work outside was very loud.

Excellent location Comfortable apartment

I stayed in November 2021, Location is in center of Baden-Baden. Facility seems to be recent renovated , all we needed is available in this spacious studio. Kind host who sent all needed information prior to arrival, key is in locker at own studio front door.

No parking facilities, so take in account parking cost (~18 Euro/day) of parking garages which are available and near by. Studio has no easy-seats or bench. Standard check out time is a bit early 10:00 but was okay for us.

Suggest adding a basic cosmetic set (shower gel and shampoo).

Cleanliness, location, value.

The building next to the apartment is under construction. There was no light on the way to the apt. The rain knocked on the ceiling all night long, I felt like I'm in a tent.

Central location near Leopoldplatz

The bed was big and comfortable. The kitchen, although very dated was practical and almost complete. Fridge was big enough and working fine. Bathroom was well lit and clean and shower was nice. Location was close to the city centre.

Location was very difficult to reach by car using navigation. An explanation on how to get there would certainly help guests. Owner mailed us that the apartments opposite to ours were renovated which was ok. The inner place leading to the apartments was full of building materials and a very stinky Dixy toilet. The builders never got this cleaned before they went on vacation. Windows were open on arrival and rooms were very cold. Heater was not operational. I assume this will be better later in the year.
