Location was good - thats the only good thing.

1. The room was having bed-bugs (κοριοί) and i have been totally bitten. I also see similar comments from other visitors 2. Bathroom facilities were not working - we couldnt have a proper shower 3. The owner of the property saw me and my friends and asked us in a confrontational way to change our reviews because he didnt like them... that is not acceptable!! Totally not professional 4. Room was dirty. I doubt that the bed-sheets have been changed - stay away!!

Next door to the piligrim center, ferry ticket offices, bus stop & paid parking.The room was on the 3rd floor - exccellent warm up before the mountains.The host has kindly allowed me to check in earlier and even leave the bag for my entire Athos retreat.

I've got entire suite with two rooms (&a balcony in each), ensuite bathroom and kitchenette (for hot drinks) just for myself. i'll return with friends!

A decent and clean place to stay. Excellent location for traveling at Ayion Oros. The hospitality of the owners is exceptional. Very kind and helpful.

Just a bit overpriced (same price you can find proper hotel room if you book in advance) but i assume the price is like that due to no rooms being available in the area.
