Check out is too early

We waited half an hour at check in because they could not find my reservation! There were no washing liquid, no sponge, no kitchen towel and they charged us for cleaning 50 EUR extra! I called then to explain it and they told me that it was for not throwing away the trash! i have tried to escalate it to company manager and they ignored my request. Obviously that was a rip off!

There are no cleaning materials for dishes, not comfortable beds. They ask for an additional 200 euros as security retention

Broken kitchen cabinet door which a member of staff was unable to fix. Missing items of cutlery were replaced quickly. Could do with more electric sockets in the kitchen.

Location to shops, bars, seafront and ease of access and parking

It was clean and had all the basics you'd expect. Easy to check in and out, etc. Smaller than advertised but fine.

Air conditioning was an extra charge per day. It didn't bother us but it's worth noting that you have to walk uphill from the main area of Calpe to the apartment. Would be strenuous with a buggy or lots of luggage. There is a large outdoor amphitheater the other side of the pool where a concert took place. It didn't start until late and didn't finished until the early hours of the morning. It was extremely loud. We wouldn't have minded if we knew about it but we weren't prepared. If you're booking here, go for a sea view instead of pool view if there is a concert on.

We love the location of these apartments. Close to city centre, for shopping and restaurants. Handy shortcut to the beach 5 mins from apartment. Hamacas amd Sombrillos available as well as a Chiringuito - Playa Arenal-Bol. Air-conditioning was very efficient and did the job well. Worth the 10 euro extra per day.

Apartment needs a little bit of TLC. Not to be too negative but following items should be attended to. Cupboard, in kitchen, door falling off. Trims on cupboards and drawers need re-glueing Wardrobe door jammed on one side. Difficult to open and close. Shower leaking. Floor needs mopping after shower. Speaking about the shower, it is tiny - 67cm x 67cm. If a wetroom system could be configured it would be so much of an improvement. A few more clothes-hangers please. We bought 6 to supplement the 3 that were supplied. These items would not spoil your holiday but would enhance the experience greatly.

Only 1 dishwasher tablet. Not enough for 6 people for 2 nights.

my children liked the pool. The apartment was spacious. it was a relatively quick stroll to the beach. the area of Calpe is lovely.

there were damages to the sofa and sink that I was worried I might get charged for. I also thought a little booklet that explained where the nearest supermarkets are, local important contacts/ staff contacts might have been helpful. knowing that there were other exits and shortcuts to the apartments thru near the amphitheatre would have been helpful too. we had to discover this ourself or by watching other holiday makers.

The location was great and the apartment was spacious although the beds were hard!

Location is perfect, you can see the ocean from the balcony (and the sunset!) and it’s just 300 meters away from the beach. the kitchen is small but fully equipped. there is a pool for the guests too. there is a small gravel “parking lot” in front of the building where you can park for free

small things could be improved, like having better maitresses and having air conditioning

location was fantastic only short walk down to beach shops and centres. swimming pool was lovely and quiet as was the area. the apartments were very clean.

Very well equipped, everything you need is in the room. Good localization, a pleasant place to stay.

As other guests mentioned before, the shower is super small and everytime you use it the floor gets flooded.

Beds was small, stiff and unconfterabe.

We couldnt put the heaters on because we needed a key we didnt have. We had to call a phone number and asked for the key. I think we could have choosen the temperarature inside the apartament without request
