Das Frühstück war mit Abstand das beste auf der ganzen Reise! Es ist alles sehr sauber und das Bett war bequem. Es gibt viele Extras, wie Moskitospiralen, Strandtücher + Handtücher. Rollerverleih absolut unkompliziert und in top Zustand!

Super nettes, hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal. Viele sprechen gut englisch. Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Man kann günstig gute Roller ausleihen und der Besitzer/Manager organisiert viel für einen wenn man danach fragt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden jeden Tag gereinigt.

Le bungalow avec piscine est magnifique ! Et le lit très confortable (assez rare en Thaïlande pour être souligné). Le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon ! Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable et à l'écoute, j'ai eu l'impression d'être comme à la maison, je reviendrai avec plaisir 😊

Wondeful days at Dara Homestay, everything was perfect. Starting from the check-in, when the owner offered a fresh coconut water, continuing on the room, very clean, everything renovated and in good order, bathroom perfectly working. The homestay is very well maintained, interesting the small gym. Breakfast is simply amazing, one hot dish to be selected within the menu, with additional offer of juice and milk, cookies, croissant, waffle and pancake, fresh fruits, tasty coffee from professional machine. Bike rental available, all bikes are new and in good condition, reasonable price. In summary, highly recommended (owners are careful, supportive for all requests).

Dara homestay is a cozy place on the island, not far from a pretty nice beach. The bungalow is spacious and for a couple of nights perfectly fine. The staff is helpful and kind, we had a issue with the shower and the staff immediately offered to change us the room. There are scooters available for rent for all guest, which was not the case in other hotel!

Breakfast was okay but could be improved

Deluxe rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Location is good to explore the island by scooter (250bath/day rental with Dara). Staff is very kind and always helpful. Great experience!

Good location close to Deep Port, Not hard to get anywhere with scooters which can be rented from the property.

WiFi could be the only thing, just needs to be a little stronger.

we initially booked to stay three nights as we didn’t know what the hotel was like. after been here a couple of hrs we booked the remaining 8 days as the atmosphere is relaxed the staff own the hotel so they’re going about their daily life as well as looking after guests and they have it off to a fine art. lovely staff very clean rooms good facilities cleaned every day and the location is sooooo peaceful and relaxed. rooms have excellent A/C beds are typical Thai firm and comfy but to be honest we slept the best out of all the hotels we stayed in on this trip. good powerful shower shower gel shampoo all supplied. kettle in room and a fridge hair drier and a tv if that’s your thing. plenty seating in the communal area if you want to listen to the wildlife. breakfast is buffet style and something for everyone best breakfast on this visit to Thailand for sure. coffee tea juice toast fruit and a menu choice too. the layout of the hotel rooms are really good in a nice setting you can hire motorbikes on site and if you fancy a bit of snorkelling they have masks and snorkels and towels you can borrow. to sum up Dara homestay I’d say your living alongside family life pets included and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel it’s very good value and your within travelling distance on a motorbike of all the places you’d want to see. 10/10 from us and if we return to koh kood it will be Dara Homestay for us.

The girl at the reception was very friendly and tremendously helpful. Good room for living. The bed was very stiff, but the staff in the hotel managed to do it comfortable at once. Breakfast was nice, several dishes. Coffee machine was good, not just ordinary black coffee as usually at hotels.

I didn't like some folks smoking in the restaurant at breakfast time and talking loudly.

Very friendly staff, we were a couple with our 3 years old daughter and we felt at home or at a relative's. Quiet and nice garden, rooms are out of this world for this price. Big, convenient, brand new A/C. Everything is 2 min away with a motorbike (which you can rent there) Nice breakfast, with friendly cats hanging around...
