I liked that the pool wasn't to close to the apartments, so we didn't feel like we were intruding on anyone. Also the area in which this place situated is very peaceful.
No air conditioner in our room and there should be tv in room.

The privacy and quite was amazing. The manager Nigel was great very welcoming, the scenery was perfect. Location was also perfect close to the beaches and amenities. They had emergency contacts in case of emergencies. Place was clean and well kept. Will definitely visit again

I like that it's quiet and peaceful. My wife and I felt relaxed, and the place was clean.
The room can do with a room air purifier or refreshener. The tiles in the rooms need to change, the windows in the bathroom need some glass installed and pool handles need to change.

The location was good but the internal facilities was poorly maintain. We also encounter a snake trying to enter our room 6 on the last day we left.
And also we were supposed to leave at 12:00 and was asked to leave two rooms available for 11:00 which was very poor.

all fans was buried in dust,I had to wash them before use with exception for the ceiling that I cudnt reach.

The Location Was Prefect. Very Quiet Area. The Room Was Lovely With The Ac. The View Was Amazing. We Must Come Again To Sherwood Park.Mr. Nigel Whom We Meet With The Property Was Lovely. The Pool Was Very Clean.
Could Have Like Salt Pepper Black. Those Seasoning In The Kitchen. Some Books In The Room To Read And Games Also.

I loved how kind and caring the manager was to me. Also, the communication between the owner and I was exceptional.

The area the place is in, the size of the room, the access to the pool. The kitchen was great was able to cook. The private balcony. You could have gotten Wi-Fi any whereon the property even by the pool.
The railing to the pool needs to be fix. The room needed a tv. The towels that was provided looked like bleach fell on them which was not appealing to the eyes

The facilities was a wonderful get away even in the times of COVID-19 we were able to have some rest and relaxation. The pool was wonderful. The grounds were well kept and it was lovely hearing the birds outside.
The post on the stair case leading into the pool was not properly secured. The area around the shower for the pool needs to be cleaned more often. Also the water in the bathroom takes really long to go down the drain.

I loved the scenery, the animals, the location since it has a bank nearby, gas station and grocery store. Also, its a very peaceful residential area so i felt safe. I had the whole villa to myself and never felt unsafe. The manager Nigel was also very nice and made me feel right at home.
The property could do with a paint job, powerwashing, some of the chairs and tables needs to be changed. Also the table at the front patio area needs to be changed. The railings at the pool are very shakey and can pose a danger.
Althought there is a TV downstairs having a TV in the room would be nice for ease of convenience.
