Great place to stay and very centrally located in the town of Vals. A wonderful hotel to stay in Vals combined with a surperb visit to the thermal baths in Vals. The package is unbeatable and the team at Glenner are simply first class. Thank you to the whole team. :)

Nice hotel for visiting the thermal spa

Room was quite basic - no control for heating or heated towel rail, which would have been nice as the room felt cold in the evening.

The breakfast was excellent, food of good quality in large amount (much more than we could eat). The restaurant was ok, nothing exceptional The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

There was no coffee maker or kettle in the room, we missed having our coffee in the room early morning. A small refrigerator would also be great, we went to Vals to enjoy the hiking trails, we like to keep a small amount of food for our hikes and a small refrigerator is handy for this.

I love the cosy decorations it felt a bit like home. The seating sofa and the small add details a bottle of water and chocolate🙏

once, the therme opening hrs were wrong due to event, but no one knew at the property/no notification in advance

Everything was perfect. The room, the view from the window, the breakfast. Everything was clean and the people working there were really kind. We really enjoyed our stay.

The entrance to Therme Vals was the reason for our stay, but the cozy atmosphere and nice staff of the small Glenner was a pleasant surprise!

The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was wonderful, the bed was comfortable, and Vals is a great spot for walking. That, combined with the Therme, made it the perfect mini-break.

Quality price top! The room was very confortable and staff was nice. Breakfast was quite complete. Besides the access to the Thermes made our stay perfect.

The dinner was quite expensive and to say other BUT, you need to walk 10 minutes to get the Therme.

It is at the center of Vals, opposite to a small supermarket, comes with the access to the hot springs. our room was in the front of the facility and it had an astonishing view of the mountains. I cannot stress enough on how kind and polite the staff were. They were a few lovely ladies, Good English speakers, but very welcoming and hospitable. The breakfast was included with the reservation, it’s served at the table, your choice of hot drinks, fresh orange juice, wide selection of breads, ham and cheeses, overnight oats and eggs. At the day of the checkout we had to leave before the breakfast time because we were going on long road trip to France, the lady didn’t take the room’s key from me and insisted that we have to have our breakfast first, I informed her that we have to leave because we are going on a long journey, she went to the kitchen and ordered for us a couple meals to go and made us a couple cups of coffee to take with us, I felt at grandmas house. such a lovely lady.

There is no elevator and I can excuse this because the building is basically a cottage, but I had to take our heavy luggage up the stairs. There is no air conditioning or a fan provided. There was no coffee machine or water kettle at the room, although a large bottle of sparkling water and a condom were provided.

The only option offered to me for dinner at restaurant was Cordon Bleu which proved to be a frozen one bought from a super market. The salad I asked for was fresh and tasty. It was Sunday night maybe short of staff so I did not mention to them.

Missing an elevator

This is a very pleasant small hotel, a part of the 7132 family. Our room was very spacious and with a wonderful terrace. Room decor is fresh and non-intrusive. The hotel is located 100m from Dorfplatz. We also had a very enjoyable dinner on the night of arrival.

The hotel doors are locked from 12.00. and 15.00., which we were not warned about upfront. Breakfast is served at the table and the choice is quite limited.

This is the best-kept secret if you want to go to the 7132 spa and not spend a fortune on the beds. The 7132 Glenner will give you an authentic, Swiss-German lodge/refuge experience PLUS access to the spa for free. Great deal. Staff is super friendly. We arrived super late and the restaurant was closed, but the night staff let us buy a drink before heading to bed. Was so nice. Breakfast is delicious (traditional German).

the beds were hard. Would have appreciated 2 extra pillows. No toiletrees.

Nice small hotel with a view with a pass to the therms.

It is closed 3 hours during the day and is opened only several days a week. Breakfast was quite disappointing and there was no eggs as they said the kitchen was closed.

The room was very noisy, the noise was probably coming mainly from the kitchen and maybe also from the staircase
