Appartamento piccolo ma molto confortevole, nuovo, una cucina ben fornita di elettrodomestici, ampio TV. Sala con idromassaggio e sauna. All'esterno tavolo e ombrellone per godere l'aria aperta.
Molto gradito trovare marmellate e fette biscottate monoporzione per la colazione, tè, olio, zucchero, che spesso non porti da casa.
Materasso troppo rigido per me.

Communication was excellent and very detailed. Host very responsive to extra requests. Apartment was spotless and we loved the jacuzzi.

good location; smooth communication; clean; easy checkin and checkout; we lived in the duplex apartment. The jacuzzi room is not within the apartment. it is right opposite to the apartment, very close; the owner had clear communication before checkin that towels are not included;
the cleaning fee does not include trash takeout. Guests have to take out trash. Trash site is about 10 minutes walking from the apartment; The free parking is about 50-100 meters from the apartment. Since the road is one-way. If guests want to load or pickup, they need to drive for about 5-10 minutes to get back to the apartment from the parking lot.

I would improve the terraze but I know that it is difficult because of the construction.

The house was exactly like in the photos, the view was amazing and it was really quite. We had a really nice stay
1. the internet was very poor at the Leon Apartment.
2. it seemed really odd that the property didn't provide towels (?)
3. the jacuzzi was really nice but it had dirt and smelled (probably because of the pipes or because of the water evacuation sistem).

The breakfast was disappointing ; the towels were not included (but at the end the host offered them for free)

Spotless house, close to Aosta town, quality restaurants, baker and mini-market in the same road, helpful host, spacious rooms and comfortable space, soaps and some basic snacks were also left for us upon arrival, netflix on tv, very well equipped kitchen.

The staff was very kind and provided us with a lot of useful information about near attractions. The apartment was clean and well equipped.
The apartment was not suitable for family with kids, since it is composed of three little floors.

The host is really nice and very welcome. He prepared for us some biscuits and things we could have our first breakfast. He was really helpful when we asked for some extra pillows, and was always there when we required anything. He explained all what we could find in the surrounding area and nearby city, villages, attractions and shops. The house is really clean and complimented with a Jacuzzi. Parking nearby is really easy and FREE :).
But on the whole it is an excellent property to stay in. definitely we recommend and we will be back again.
The only improvement that required the house is, extra space/ storage were to hang clothes.
