Great stay! Super comfortable, perfectly clean and In the perfect location for Sigiriya Rock - right around the corner. Restaurants 20ft away. The staff were super helpful with everything we needed and it was a great atmosphere. Had a really good breakfast included.

Staff behaviour, rooms, property decor and location. A 5 mins walk from the Sigiriya Lion Rock foreigners entrance and lot of nice cafes nearby (2 mins walk). The hotel decor and the room decor are wonderful and it was named as the Rest House property earlier.

Place was clear and was equipped with nice furniture, staff was helpful, thank you!

Bed sheets had holes, headboard was broken. Also unfortunately there only breakfasts, so it was pity to realize that all around no one normal place to have a lunch or dinner

The hotel is very clean and newly renovated, nicely refurbished. It was very nice and calm. The room was comfortable, AC and fan functioning super well. Bed is very comfortable. From each room you have a view on the gardens of the hotel. The staff is very competent always at your service, they helped us out with organisation our visits to touristic places everyday. The staff always watched after our meal plans, and always organized our food whether we were leaving early in the morning or arriving late for breakfast. Beer was always fresh. The hotel is perfectly central. You can walk to Sigirîya Lion Rock main entrance in the morning. Thank you for a beautiful stay ! I highly recommend it and I would definitely come back.

Perfect location ! The staff is very helpful and caring at all times. Breakfast is delicious. We highly recommend the EKHO sigiriya and would come back any time.

The hotel was decent, close to the sigiriya rock destination. The staff were friendly . They didnt have a problem at all with late check out. We didnt feel the powercut, only maybe 30 mins when we were leaving to breakfast and it was fine. They opened the kitchen for us late ar 11 for us to have dinner. We we were the only ones at the hotel

The hotel is a bit old, needs some rennovation the food wasnt great but it was okay. The minibar wasnt working at first, but they fixed it. We asked for blankets as I get a bit cold with the AC, they only had the thin sheets so i was really cold at night, but its okay as I get cold easily. When we arrived, we headed to the room to sleep since we were tired and woke up 10 p.m for dinner, but no one was at the reception and it was really dark outside as no lights were on. Our driver told us to check outside restaurants, but it was extremely dark at the street and it was our first night there. We should have asked about the time the restaurants close, but it would have been better for the reception to be available when we went outside. They came after we called on the phone 30 mins later and were kind to open for us the kitchen

Excellent location near to Sigirya Rock and Pidurungala Rock. Very friendly staff. Nice room. Great reception area for chillin out on comfy sofas.

Amazing location, as Lion's Rock can be easily reached by walking (same for Pidurangala Rock). Friendly staff.

Bed with fixed footboard suboptimal for people larger than 6ft4. The breakfast quantity and quality were a rather 3-star level.

no housekeeping - for that price per night, other places in Sri Lanka at least do the beds and take out the trash…? at breakfast, my partner had ordered bacon and got two alarming-looking pieces of “chicken bacon”. when he complained, the consternation waiter brought him some fruit. the Sri Lankan breakfast was ok, but overall a somewhat uninspired breakfast…

Staff are so friendly, polite, very respectful and always smiling. You can ask them for a hairdryer if you need and they will get you one promptly.
