The host was eager to answer any questions. He was helpful and promptly dealt with an issue that arose during our stay. I definitely recommend Instant-Leman. We had a relaxing, enjoyable stay. The location is also good, especially since we didn't have a car. All we needed was within walking distance.

The only issue was when a neighbour smoked on their balcony and we had the back door open. It only happened a couple of times and we simply closed the door for a while.

The flat is clean and well-equipped, suitable for a short stay, for solo or couple traveller.

The flat is small, and not suitable for family. Parking also an issue.

There was nothing thst I like it It was extremely bad, dirty and awful... I can not find a word to explain the nigjt that we were there. 😡😤

I travelled with my wife and two kids (4 and 1 y.o.) and we stayed 3 nights. The studio is very well equipped, it has everything you may need, and everything works perfectly (hot water, heating, kitchen, shower, wifi, TV …). It is all so well organized that you can find everything yourself, and whenever you don’t know the answer, you go to the written instructions and the answer is there. Check-in without contact is very convenient. Breakfast is very complete. Location, it’s 5 minutes’ walk from the city center, and easy to access by car. Parking was also great. Beds are conformtable.

Nothing special. If we would come for a long stay (such as 2 weeks), it would be great to have a wardrove as well, so that we can take out the clothes from the suitcases.

Good location, clean & comfortable, the accomodation had everything you needed, the breakfast items were good & ample for the 3 of us, I would recommend.

I think the best description is that is accommodation is as much as you can get for this money. Is nothing special and is exactly like in the pictures. I doubt you can find something better for this money in the area. We had a car and it only takes 30-40 min to Geneva. The sheets are quite old but they are clean. Instructions received on the phone were clear and we had no problems getting into the apartment.

The parking was always full. The good thing is that there is a bigger one 3 minutes away. I don't particularly like accommodations with that many rules when you leave like gather all sheets in one place, start the vacuum cleaner, set the heating system, etc. but maybe that's only me.
