The view is incredible! There is absolutely everything that you need for a great vacation. The pools are not as big as expected but all other facilities, the views, the houses inside, even the little complimentary things are a lot better in person than on the photos. Will for sure go again and enjoy everything. The best place to stay on Halkidiki!

breakfast was amazing and the place itself is beautiful! the entrance is a bit scary (very high and narrow) and nothing is in a walking distance, but the place and he view totally worth it! The host recommends were spot on (restaurant, beach etc.) highly recommended!!

What can I say...the location is fantastic, with great views all around, all the facilities you need and if something is missing the host will always try to accommodate your every need. In fact, Mr. Konstantinos is one of the greatest host I had the pleasure to come across and I won't go into much details here but I could not thank him enough for all the assistance he provided. You can count on him for anything, with a calm, reasonable approach. There are enough beaches close by, at 10-25 minutes car rides, even one down below in the Loutra village. A small pool is available for children mainly.

Unfortunately, the calm, serene environment can be spoiled by guests or owners who have no notion of respecting other's need for peace and quite so, if you come across a neighbor who's idea of fun is getting drunk and making noise, throwing parties then you're a bit out of luck. Mr. Konstantinos will try to alleviate the problem but sometimes, people are very difficult. Basically, they don;t care about the requirements, clearly marked in the location description, or inside the villas, about not allowing parties and respecting each-other. I think a stronger enforcement should be done, because this can ruin one's vacation. If your only perspective is to be loud and party then please don't come here because basically you're a moron and this is not for you.
