The room was up to the known Radisson standard, clean, perfectly located. We liked the design and furnishing of the hotel. The availability of a guarded parking was certainly an advantage.

Great location. Nice breakfast and cafe. Modern and clean.

Greek Square and Deribasovskaya Street were very noisy until late hours. The staff doesn't know correctly the concept of hospitality.

Hotel is brand-new with good location and nice clean rooms.

Breakfast was rather basic with few options to select from. Staff wasn’t professional and check-in line on a Friday night was 30-min long with just one person at the reception desk. No gym.

The staff was friendly and helpful especially at the front desk. They spoke perfect English. They helped me with a variety of things from finding a coffee shop to getting a taxi to shopping for clothes and even scheduling my Covid test. The location was perfect, within easy walking to almost everything of interest to me. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Plenty of hot water for showers!

My only complaints about the rooms were no shelves or drawers for clothes or belongings; and not enough electrical outlets that would accommodate U.S. style plugs.

The rooms are wonderful. Clean and comfy. The beds are perfect, room very clean and well appointed. The location puts one close to all the city center activities.
