A warm welcome and explanation by the owner at arrival. The room and building was very modern and nicely decorated. The room was clean and very complete. Great kitchen and large table. It was also great that fresh bread could be ordered via an ipad in the room and was delivered in a basket to your room. Great service. The location is great to visit all ski areas in the region, and a special place to keep ski's and dry your skiboots.

Perhaps a choice of pillows if you prefer a firm pillow.

Claudia is an amazing host. She was so welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed the sauna and wellness. Everything is spotless clean and the whole house is beautifully decorated. Our car broke down during our visit and Claudia was so willing to help us. Would definately like to come back. Thank you.

We were from 03.07.21-31.07.21 - everything was perfect! the owner of the hotel - she is very nice woman Claudia! Hotel full of comfortable things (relax zone, sauna, special room with washing machine) all the rooms are very clean, everywhere smells so nice from candles 🕯! Very comfortable place to stay, has all the facilties in the kitchen, a washing machine and a dryer and even ropes to dry the laundry. Big beds. The place looks new and extraordinary clean and highly maintained. Claudia the owner makes you feel comfortable (kids even had snacks at the end of the day waiting for them by the door). The place has also spa. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The apartment met all of our expectations. Hassle-free service. The location was perfect. It was super easy to travel to all intresting for us destinations. SPA and relax zone was greate with beautifull view of mountains. Convinient parking lot is also big pluse of this apartment hotel. We felt perfectly safe regarding COVID-19 pandemic.
