Uncomplicated and nice host. nice location with a pool and a rooftopbar closeby.
Bed was a bit uncomfy/too small for two people.

Super friendly owner, easy check-in, great communication. Lovely flat, nice decoration, comfy bed, has access to the shared pool and all the amenities of the hotel next door (coworking options, rooftop bar, restaurant etc.) which is great.
Overall a really nice stay.
Just fyi: During winter month there is sun at the pool only from 11-16 p.m.
There were a few amenities missing unfortunately - it would have been great to have a bit more kitchen equipment (salt and pepper, oil, sharp knifes, kitchen towels to dry off the dishes, washing powder etc.).
The bathroom could have been cleaner, was at times a bit smelly and hot water was only available max. 10 mins before it turned cold :-)
The chairs on the balcony are reeeally not comfy.

Clean, central, comfortable. For those who have a car, there is a parking on the backstreet. There is also a big supermarket around the corner. The owner is really friendly.

Excellent location, less than ten minutes from both the main strip and the port (for ferries to Lanzarote and Lobos, and boat excursions etc). Two large supermarkets very close by. Lovely view from the balcony. The owner Stefano met us at the apartment. He was very kind and helpful throughout our stay.
Balcony chairs were a little uncomfortable, and a little too low to see over the balcony glass-wall; but that's only a minor inconvenience.

Nice view to the beautiful garden, lot of sun in the afternoon, near by supermarkets, bus stop, pubs and restaurants, about 10min walk from the playa viaje. Kind and quick responding landlord. Fast WiFi. Very Very comfortable bed. Nice and silent place to live in.
Everything was fine. If we have to find any minus perhaps some salt and pepper would be good to find in the apartment. Another thing, there could be more toilet paper but it was not problem at all.

The apartment was very beautiful and light. It was equipped with everything that is needed. From the balcony, we had a nice view on the garden/ pool area. Parking options directly in front of the house.

Ana and Stefano were extremely nice and helpful. The apartment was really clean,, good size for two people, well located and with good details to make our stay more comfortable (bathroom robes, extra towels...)

The apartment is ample, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and super well equipped. It has all kinds of little touches we appreciated: coffee, tea, bathrobes... The mattress and pillows are super comfortable and everything seems to be designed for a great stay.
There's a beautiful view from the terrace, overlooking the facilities garden, with a volcano at the back. The complex is very calm and silent. I'd definitely be back and do recommend this place.
