Tha staff was extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect, too: the tramline and the Old City of Jerusalem is within walking distance, and there are a lot of different shops around (many of them were open on Friday evening as well, which is a huge help right before Shabbat).

The hotel was very close to the light rail station and easy to travel to different places in Jerusalem. Friendly staff and great breakfast. There were also a lot of nice restaurants and cafes in the area. The room was clean and comfortable.

I was traveling alone so it would have been nicer if the hotel had a room with a larger single bed rather than two small twin beds being connected (though it was still relatively comfortable).

They don't serve water , but the they keep tea , coffee and Kettle in room but no water

excellent location in the heart of the City, about 7 minutes away from Old city.

Breakfast was outstanding and Mr. Juan was excellent host. staff was very attentive. Mr. Arthur made sure we had a great stay.

BREAKFAST: GOOD VARIATY OF CHOICE OF FOOD, GOOD KOSHER FOOD AS WELL, AND FOOD PRESENTATION WAS VERY NICE, SPECIFICALLY ALL SEEMD CLEAN AND FOOD FRESH. STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND SMILING ALWAYS. I REALLY APPRECIATE MR JOHN FROM BREAKFAST, HE WAS ALWAYS LOOKING AFTER THE SATISFACTION OF GUESTS. HE WAS ALWAYS RESPECTFULL AND PROFESSIONAL. ALSO THE LADY WHO DID MY ROOM BRIAN (SHE SPOKE ARABIC) CAN'T REMEMBER HER NAME EXACTLY BUT SHE WAS ALWAYS HELPFUL AND NOT RUDE. ALSO ANTON FROM THE LOBBY, ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND SMILING.

THAT THE DOOR OF THE BATHROOM DOES NOT HAVE A LOCK. THAT THERE SHOULD BE BOTTLES OF WATER IN THE ROOM AND REFRIGERATOR SHOULD BE MORE COLD.

★Location: Location is so good. Only 10 min walk to the Jafra gate and 10 min walk to the Machaneh Yehudah Market. And it's very easy to find a bus station near hotel. ★Breakfast: breakfast is very good and fresh. You can also eat fresh fruit and local food there. The staffs are very friendly. ★Room: very clean and comfortable. But no tissue in the room, if you need, you should ask reception to send it to you.

Room is nice, compact as you might expect of a city hotel but seems very well located. They gave a free bottle of water plus a small pack of chocolates which was a nice touch. The bed mattress is a little tough but it's fine also functioning ac is a plus with hot weather. Staff are super helpful at all times. Location is Excellent.

I am very satisfied with my stay at Ibis. Easy reachable from Central station, in walking distance from Jerusalem old town. Comfort, privacy, peace to rest out after hectic day exploring sights of Jerusalem. Great breakfast.

Breakfast was good. Room good for one night,Not more! Room and bathroom were clean. Location was good for us.

The room had NO DRAWERS to store anything. There was no closet, only a small rod to hang clothes. The bathroom was clean, sink, toilet, shower. NO PLACE TO PUT ANY TOILETTRIES! Maybe my grandchildren could stay there. We certainly could not,We came to Israel for a wedding. My wife could not hang her clothes to unwrinkle. DOES not compare favorably to E.G, Leonardo Boutique which is very close and similar in price, to which we moved. Leonardo had everything we required, not available in our room at IBIS

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is centrally located and everything we wanted to go to was within walking distance, and bus and tram stops were close by if we wanted to venture farther. The room was ample for two, kept very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful, a special mention to John at breakfast who made sure we had our choice of coffee the entire stay and was very pleasant to chat with. Would definitely stay here again

the location and the gentleman that manages the restaurant, he always has a smile on his face every morning and would take time to talk to every guests.

there is no heating facility , our room was cold and the staff did not offer anything to make our stay a little bit warmer. breakfast options suggestions for protein - bacon/ sausage ; bread maybe brown bread and toaster so guests can have a warm bread for breakfast.

Our room was on the first floor and outside ventilation systems was right near our windows - which a bit noisy. A couple more towels would be great also - we had 2 towels per person only... At least one more to put on the floor would be nice. Carpet in the room was a bit dusty - either you walk in the room in your shoes or your socka will be dirty ...
