Perfect place if you want to be close to the airport on Faial. The atmosphere is great and the hosts are very nice. I didn't want walk in the city center of Horta because I spend on Faial only one night going to the other island. Because of that for me it was perfect location. In the morning you will have opportunity to eat delicious breakfast in the bright common area. The rooms are clean and you have there everything you need.

Some other guests didn't wash the dishes in the kitchen but it is not the host's fault. Also the electric kettle in the kitchen did not work.

The location and the host were perfect.

Belo Campo is conveniently located near the airport, and is very clean and comfortable, with a great common living room and kitchen area. What made this hotel stand out however was the kind and welcoming couple that run the place! They were incredibly responsive and accommodating. I was able to rent a car through them, which was very helpful.

Joao is a perfect host. The structure is perfectly organized, clean and efficient. Wonderful breakfast, with fresh bread every morning. Walking distance from the airport, ideal starting the exploration of the island. No noises from the airport from 6pm through the night. Great place!

Jose is a great guy and was super helpful, and this made us feel very welcome. The house itself is nice, homely and we enjoyed the living room and kitchen area

- Breakfast was a little limited in choice and quantity. - The room was over a busy road and opposite the airport so was too noisy - The blinds we not that dark and so it was difficult to sleep later than 7am

The flexibility of the owner was really amazing. We could organize our daily tours very early with him.

Very nice house with different rooms right across the airport. Easy! José is the sweetest host on the island and will do anything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Good mattresses, perfectly working airco, nice shower. I enjoyed the large shared kitchen and spacious living room. It makes you feel so at home!

The traffic outside. It’s not a very big road and there’s not much traffic, all very relatively fine, but the cars and motorbikes that do pass drive way to fast until very late at night. We walked the street during daytime to the the natural pools (which was awesome!), but we realised it was more or less suicidal… :-D

Lots of beautiful art everywhere, very cosy, the host was great, breakfast was good!

Jose was exceptional. He was very welcoming with the introduction email and made the guests feel at home. I mentioned to him it was a honeymoon trip with my wife and he certainly delivered. The table inside the unit was nicely decorated and was a pleasant surprise. Jose responds to inquiries very promptly and offers free breakfast. The lounge area is a nice addition to chill and relax at the beginning, middle or end of the day. There's also free airport transportation service to and from.

The host was extremely helpful and very pleasant. The kitchen/common area was wonderful - well equipped, spacious and conducive to meeting other guests. Great breakfast and coffee! The property is convenient to the airport - across the road. The room was spacious and the bathroom had great pressure and hot water.

Walking was a bit treacherous as like many small Azorian towns there are few sidewalks, and drivers tend to speed in the area around Belo Campo. The host will give you a ride to/from airport - definitely accept this, particularly if you have luggage.

The service was excellent and we were really grateful for the lift from the ferry terminal despite our arrival being so late at night. The breakfast is excellent and the beds comfortable.

lovely host who cares for you, prepares breakfast even if you have to leave super early, fair value for the money.

it smelled a bit wet, too many bugs (for my point of view, but I am also picky). had some centipedes in my room. the interior looks better than it actually is, but for the money is was okay :-)

The house have gorgeous accommodations. Really close to the airport, in a very calm place. The breakfast is very good and Mr Jose and his Wife are very nice, they can help you with everything.

Early or late flights from Horta this lovely spot can not be beat! The owners picked me up at the airport (my flight was three hours late) and returned me there the next morning to meet my arriving friends. They could not have been nicer!
