1. The beds are very uncomfortable. 2. The apartment is dirty. We have a small child crawling on the floor and all his feet and hands were dirty. 3. There is a lot of cat or dog hair on the floor. Wool remained on our things. 4. We asked for a separate breakfast service. It cost $20. It was the usual bread from the store, jam, butter and juice, and coffee. The cost of this is a maximum of $5 in the store. And all this is not tasty and cheap. Please, think about how this service can be improved. In Peru in general, everywhere, the service is very very poor. And it's very easy to stand out if you make a good service. ps. This is the first time I've left such a low review in 8 years of traveling the world.

Everything was great. They were very helpful. There was even a nice park for kids close by. The town was clean and had lots of security. I easily received delivery here as well.

Booking was fairly fast. I was accommodated in no time. The price seemed fair.

It got a bit noisy at times. The person in charge knocked extremely loud. The decor could have been a tad better. It's strange that it's almost winter and the duvet was soooo thin.

We used the place for 6 hours overnight waiting for a flight. The location to the airport was great.
