Wygodne łóżko, duży taras, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, obiekt usytułowany w spokojnej okolicy z pięknymi widokami oraz szlakiem turystycznym usytułowanym bezpośrednio przy obiekcie.

The building was new and the view was nice.

Unfortunately it was cold and damp in the apartment, and the host was unwilling to switch on the heating. The apartment felt like a converted garage. Cooking is technically possible, but there is no suction (nor ventilation). The road up the residence (ie the private part) was also quite a challenge and somewhat dangerous (you had to drive exactly in the middle of two concrete blocks, otherwise you could seriously damage you car). Overall the inside of the house was very basic and nearly all decorations were removed (didn't match the photos).

Clean, new apartment with a nice view of the whole city and Góra Parkowa.

In the kitchenette only basic equipment: teapot, cutlery and plates; lack of other equipment that would enable the preparation of a hot meal; quite spacious bedroom - compared to the other rooms - with a double bed and a wardrobe. The small living room creates an open space with a sofa, a 4-seater table with chairs, a coffee table, a fireplace and a chest of drawers with a hanger at the entrance, so this place I would recommend for max. for two people... A very large L-shaped balcony, but due to the close proximity of the other apartments, no privacy. The architect did not show off - instead of a bigger residential part, he designed a huge balcony... after all - regardless of the season - more time is spent at home than on the balcony ;-)

Nice views, beautiful countryside.

(1) Poor access. We had a problem to locate the lock box as it is hidden just behind an open wing of the gate with bars blocking visibility on exactly that angle that you need to have if you want to see them. Even if you notice them, poor physical access to those boxes (you need to literally jump on some concrete blocks to get there). Had to call the property to locate the boxes - they called me back after a while, and we eventually managed to find the key (this can be a big problem by night and/or under time pressure). (2) The road to the facility is in a terrible state - it's a steep hill that requires good driving skills. My ce'ed sits rather low so need to check my chassis. (4) Mis-representation/misleading presentation/lack of information. Number one, older family members had a hard time with all the steps/stairs to get into the apartment. Not visible on the photos especially those at the back of the apartment - if I saw them I wouldn't choose this apartment for my 70+ guests. This may be just fine for kids and young adults but it is imperative (!) for you to show them on the photos when selling your product. Number two, in my opinion, a two storey apartment is something different than having a couple of steps/staircase in one apartment. Misleading. Three. It's a huge resort. You don't actually know which apartment you get (i.e. where it is located relative to other aptms). Four. It was a good idea to choose Sunday/Monday night. If we did it on Saturday, the noise from other apartments with Polish kids yelling and running around all the time would be disturbing. (5) Other less severe, but noticeable issues (apartment O): The door on the toilet 1 doesn't open properly and the lock doesn't work. Fix it. There is a terrible smell in toilet 2. Clean it. No internet on the WIFI (network available, but no internet on it, poor router, whatever..). Microwave - missing. Spare bags for the waste - missing.

Apartment K (8 person apartment) without living room which didn't correspondent with picture at booking. you can sit in the kitchen or in the middle of 4 person bedroom ...HORRIBLE...bathroom was unexpected smelly ...last days we didn't take a bath as it was hard to stay inside...the parking place is not guaranteed we stand outside of park place ...the road to apartment is on difficult road in winter time very risky for car collision. I really don't recommend this accommodation.

The person who worked for the residence was very helpful and nice but unfortunately not available after 4pm.

Not very cosy, not enough decoration inside. No basic things like salt, sugar, tea. The bed was not made, we had to do this by ourselves when arrived tired at night. No towels. No wi-fi. No information that it’s very hard to access the residence parking when there’s snow. One door in the apartament was closed but we could see through a big whole that there were works just behind: that should be hidden.
