Great location. Beautifully restored block and flat. Close to some great bars and restaurants within The Royal William Yard. Very easy access to the ferry and bus to The Barbican. Good communication with the owner. Complimentary bottle of milk and wine on our arrival.

Nicky was available to meet, but being a local couple we arranged for the main entrance door code to be texted. The property was in a lovely position within royal William yard, which has excellent restaurants. I can fully recommend the fresh cooked fish &chips at the hook and line. On the night we stayed whilst out on the balcony enjoying a gin, we was lucky to be treated to a fireworks display. On the Sunday the RNLI and police both had boats open to visitors to look around. On the main green a big screen bad been erected showing Wimbledon with plenty of deckchairs to relax in whilst watching. The apartment came with all the normal Facilities and Nicky had supplied milk, sugar, coffee and tea. The cafeteria coffee supplied was a good quality blend.
The bed was super comfy and large, I had a good nights sleep.

it was very well presented and was above our expectations
the only thing…. if I had to try really hard to find a negative is the power points…..to be honest, this was not an issue and would happily stay there again tomorrow

lovely and spacious and clean and comfortable
it was a lovely apartment, only one thing I could say is it could do with either some darker blinds or curtains in the bedroom as it was light in there.

the property is in Royal Williams which is a great relocation in Plymouth there is a marina there with restaurants and a couple of shops

Location was great, the host was very welcoming and we really couldn't have asked for more from a self catering apartment. Wine on arrival was a lovely gesture.
Parking was expensive £15 for 24 hours.

Simply fantastic! Very comfortable, wonderfully light and spacious, with all the amenities you would need for a weekend break.

Great location and the apartment was amazing. We only stayed one night however well equipped for longer stays.
A little difficult to find based on Booking's map however the owner phoned us to guide us to the right location.

Amazing apartment and Nicky is so friendly. Really made us feel very welcome indeed! Great location and we had a lovely week trying all the restaurants and taking the ferry to walk around Mount Edgecumbe.

Putting 9/10 and not 10/10 because of:
- No curtain in the bedroom (we like sleeping dark)
- No Smart TV
- No dishwasher
- Room on the street so might be noisy during weekends.

location! by the ocean and lots of Resturant in the complex.
The Apartment itself was amazingly modern and clean, big windows. got everything one might need.

A beautiful flat in a terrific location. There were lots of good restaurants nearby and the area has a lively atmosphere. A pedestrian ferry operates locally and goes to the Barbican in Plymouth and also across to Cremyll.

excellent location, great places to eat around there. clean , comfortable and perfect, the bottle of wine on arrival was a very nice touch, plus a pint of milk, tea/ coffee etc.

It was spotless clean and tidy
The bed mattress is showing it’s age as you roll into the middle.

Location was brilliant with easy access to a good range of restaurants and bars. Light apartment with use of washing machine. Everything in the apartment needed for a short break away. Kitchen facilities were fine. Host left a bottle of wine for our arrival which was a welcome touch.
The bed mattress needs replacing.
It was fairly warm during our stay and as there are no small windows to open, only large floor to ceiling doors it was difficult to ventilate. Balcony steps go down to public street access so unable to open large doors at night from bedroom. We had a few wet days so would have been helpful to have coat hooks in the hallway to dry wet coats.
