AMAZING!! Taranto is a delicious city to spend time in, and this hotel has so much vibrational frequency its off the charts. Your surrounded by 3000 years of soul history. The neighborhood is abandoned ancient buildings that at first look dingey, but once you spend time there you'll see the flocks of starlings and you'll hear peace. The room was perfect, gourmet bathroom and very big and comfy bed. There is a kitchen common area for cooking and making tea. Games and books line the walls. The best part is the roof. I chilled there and rested my weary bones here for hours and watched both the sunrise and sunset. Epic. Karma. This is why I travel. To find these gems. The owners are also very nice and warm and positive. Much appreciated 🙏 ☺️.

Good location in the re-emerging historic district. Friendly hosts. Very clean. We liked the self-service breakfast. Eat when you want, what you want. Good Wi-Fi. The setup is perfect for independent travelers.

Towels really need replacement.

The breakfast was self serve. Selection of shop wrapped croissant, cornflakes, biscuits...nothing special.

The internet was unstable.

Pretty central location on the island. Room was good and available despite an early arrival.

Super location, nice beds, neet rooms and common areas, lovely roof terrace with herbs growing all around it. Would definetely stay here again. Very nicely restored old building with lots of charm, seaview and pretty solutions.

Active web-camera surveilance in the common area was not informed about and was discovered in the middle of our breakfast with the kids. It felt very intrusive and unnecessary to have a camera there. Hope it will be removed in the future.

Breakfast was poor. I didn't like having to fend for myself and the offering was extremely limited.

Bed and Breakfast La Nassa is an ideal place to stay. The location is great, it is beautifully decorated, and the breakfast is exactly what you need. Marco was very communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Taranto.

it was very hot when we where staying over there. the airconditioner was not good enough to cool down the room.

Location, room and rooftop are superb! The host has many recommendations for your stay in town.

The breakfast buffet was not appealing for us (too much single-use plastic).

Clean and nice design, also the location was good inside città vechia and with parking places nearby. Terrace is also good to have a sight seeing and have an outdoor meal.

Air conditioning not cooling as it should. It seemed to act more like a fan than AC.

A very cozy place in the old town.

The location was perfect to us as we were attending a wedding at the cathedral nearby. The B&B is right in the old city centre, which is a pro but should also be considered carefully as the Taranto city centre is derelict. The B&B has been recently renovated; it is nicely decorated, the room and bathroom were of a good size, spotless clean, and comfortable. Parking is available on the public street for free. The owners are available to provide tips and help.

It is not really a B&B - In the morning you have to make your own breakfast, and a continental breakfast is not available. It's coffee/tea with some sweet snack options. The B&B is literally surrounded by buildings that are falling down (see pics taken from the B&B roof terrace). The a/c is not very powerful. The terrace on the roof was dirty and not really enjoyable. Be aware that if you are afraid of big dogs, this accommodation might not be suitable for you. When we came back late in the evening the owner's dog (husky-like dog) greeted us on the door. I love dogs and I did not mind, but if you are scared of them, you won't like it.

Our stay at Mario's Place has been an outstanding experience. We felt warmly welcomed right at the start. The location was excellent just inside the old city of Taranto! Thank both our hosts for this super interesting and relaxing stay! We hope to see you soon again. Cheers!

the Appartment is very good equipped and you are directly in the old town of Taranto. there is a great roof terrace with a fabulous view. Marco and Magda are extremely polite and helpful and always available for any concern one might have.

There is no better place to stay when in the old city of Taranto. The room was super confortable, nice and clean and the breakfast marvelous. The coffee was better than in a coffee shop, la torta and I cornetti simply delicious. But more than this, the kindness, helpfulness and smiles of our hosts made everything perfect. Thank you for this beautiful experience!

Location is great. Even if you are around the really old and run down neighborhood it has a charm.

Very convenient location with a lovely terrace view. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Taranto in general is quite “worn down” but an interesting place to visit with a beautiful castle museum and (if you book ahead!) dolphin tour.

Our air conditioner didn’t work, so we had to sleep with the window open to the noisy street below and it was still 30 degrees all night.

Terrace is wonderful, especially as the room I had only had a skylight and no window.

Two of the rooms have big windows and sea views but mine had No window, only a skylight.
