bathroom shower leaked plus not a very nice smell. No breakfast and uncomfortable bed.

The room was clean, very spacious with a seating area. Quiet location, very close to the S-bahn station, lots of shops around. Staff let us check in earlier.

After paying for my room - obviously not before that - I turned into the corridor and it turned out that there are reconstruction works all over. Right in front of my door and right next to it. They were literally knocking on my room all over until 4 in the afternoon. I was between jobs so it would have been vital for me to sleep which I obviously couldn't . It was extremely disturbing . She could have at least warn me beforehand . And obviously waking up for the same thing the next morning .

Room was spacious, clean and practical. Location was good. Staff were lovely.

Location is excellent for visiting the Tiergarten. Also it is very close to the Subway and to a Bioladen (health food store). Bed was comfortable, Wifi internet was good. Room very clean. Very good value for money.

The facilities were clean. The room was also clean. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. Everything on the list of items included matched what was there. The receptionist was extremely kind, friendly, and even though the language was a hindrance, she was able to guide us. The accommodation has an entrance located at the back of the building, for guests to enter from behind, whenever they arrive after the time and the main door is closed, so as not to make noise. Unfortunately, since the room is located at the front of the accommodation, right above the street where vehicles, trucks, people, and the metro pass by, we heard noise early in the morning. But still not as much as expected. The windows are insulated. For the size of the room and its location, the price could have been a bit lower.

We spent one week at Die Botshaft to visit m'y brother who lives in the area and it was such a pleasant stay. The staff is very nice and descrete and the bedroom where we stayed (double with balcony) is comfortable, spacious and convenient, equipped with bathroom essentials, coffee, tea and a coffee machine. Great quality for price! The hotel is in a calm area only 5 min walk by the Karhorst tube station, so you can easily get to the city centre and you can find all the services you need: supermarkets (Lidl and bio), rossman store (where you can find all the essentials), pharmacy, restaurants and cafés. We also had the chance to visit the Karlshorst museum, it's free and very interesting. I highly recommend it.

It was a great stay but the only advice would be to add an extra big cover suitable for the double bed because I personally find it more comfortable. The heating system works well tho, so we weren't cold.

No breakfast. The room was very loud. Traffic at night- was impossible to sleep.

Quiet rooms, single room is of course small, but exactly what I needed. Good value. Nicely renovated shower and bathroom. Super friendly front desk staff.

The rooms were big and spacious, modern, cosy, clean and equipped with a coffee machine and fridge. The neighbourhood and location of room was quiet, close to the s-bahn station and nearby to many supermarkets/bakeries. Staff are friendly and welcoming. It was a perfect stay in Berlin.
