My family and I had a great few days here. The house was beautiful and in a great location. Everything was very clean and had all we needed. There was 6 of us in total and more than enough room for us all. The host was super friendly and welcoming, even bought us a couple of bottles of wine to welcome us. Would recommend and will definitely be going back 😊

The place is amazing, its a dream holiday home. the House is very well maintained cleaned and the view is amazing. The host is very kind and prompt at responding to any questions. We had a beautiful stay the house was the highlight of my trip. plus it is centrally located which makes it even better.

The house has great location in the old city of Tbilisi up on the hill. For sure it has the best views on the city from two spacious and cozy terraces. It's also full of different plant inside and outside so you feel like in the garden. Btw, botanic garden is only few minutes away me and my friends enjoyed morning runs in there.

Beds could be more comfortable

I knew I wanted to book it when it first landed on the search result. All images are real view, we even watched the fireworks of grand opening Xmas Market conveniently from the veranda. I would imagine this house would also be perfect destination for the new year fireworks show. The house located at the dead end so might be tricky to find it (we took the wrong route but managed to find it based on the picture). The house was cozy, well equipped and very spacious (3 bedrooms with each shower & toilet). Our boys love the christmas decoration, Thanks Otto for the special decor. In love with the touch of rustic feeling inside the house e.g. “Singer” sewing machine table foot for the washtafel, and oh the plants and flowers! Would recommend this house to anyone coming for a guarantee gorgeous view of Tbilisi City! We do hope we will revisit Tbilisi and stay again in this charming house :) Ps. We kinda booked Otto’s neighbour car/ taxi service during our stay and really happy as we didn’t need to worry to get taxi and to explain the house location everytime going home.

Nothing negative, just few things you may need to take notes so you’ll know what to expect: - as it is located in dead end while some route may only one way direction, might lil bit effort to find for the first time. - beware that the house has many stairs so be prepare in lifting your suitcases up.

The apartment was spotless, beautiful and such a lovely place to spend time in. The location was incredible boasting views across the whole of Tbilisi! Our stay was made even better by Oto who owns the apartment and his neighbour who did a brilliant job of looking after us! Thank you for a superb stay - we cant wait to come back!
