All the plants. The adequate room.

The housekeeper didn’t do anything but empty trash until I asked for more thorough cleaning. I didn’t like having to pump water for a supply. Very difficult for me.

A beautiful and clean place to stay. A few blocks from the Centro and restaurants. Staff were all friendly and helpful! Kitchenette was great and coffee is provided.

The room, the pool, the staff, the extras like pool towels, and the include coffee. The grounds were nice as well. Also the location, it was a short walk to the plaza, and Malecon.

Close enough to everything like the Malecon and the Mission, but just removed enough so as not to be exposed to the traffic, nighttime sounds etc.

WiFi spotty, slower than we're used to in the USA, with dropping of reception, although to be fair I don't know that it is the fault of the Property - my sense is that Loreto is not on the cutting edge of download speed.

Pretty much nothing.

Working air conditioner would have been a plus. It did not work for 4 days of our time there. They ignored me for 4 days and then I complained again and he finally fixed it. We were not able to sleep for those 4 nights. Decent window coverings would also have been appreciated, the blinds were all broken so the privacy was just not good at all. It made us quite uncomfortable. The linens were very old. The bed cover was so old it had pilling all over it. The towels also had seen better days. These things to replace are not that expensive. Get rid of the falling down blinds, put up black out curtains and buy some new towels and bed covers. No one likes gross old bedspreads. The location was not good. You had to walk down a dusty dirt road with garbage all over, then to paved road with dog poop/pee all over the side walks. Obviously if you are paying for help for the property you can make sure they go out and pick up the garbage, right? There was just no quick way to get to the beach from this property and there was no way for me to know that ahead of time. We get 1 vacation a year because of the costs and had hoped for a lot better. I read a bunch of TripAdvisor's about how great this place was.........sad I wish people would be more honest. Very importantly we reserved this casita on booking.com and had conformation that the total was $790 all in. After getting there though they over charged us by $85.72, not cool. I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company as the owner is refusing to refund my money.

Coco Cabanas & casitas is within walking distance to the Malacon, shopping and restaurants.

* As is often the case in Mexico, during peak water usage times there was very little water pressure. * Long term guests staying several months were rude and inconsiderate.

Small Casitas decorated with basic furnishings. Walking distance to the Marina for water tours. Staff is very helpful. They were able to arrange laundry off site.

Hot tub was cold.
