the location was fantastic just across the road from the beach and golf club, very well equipped kitchen like being at home, great big bathrooms, good tvs with Netflix etc, large dining table, comfy couches, excellent large fridge with ice trays, internet was good. Dale was fabulous with great communication
the blinds in living room were see thru which let all the street and golf club lights in so made it difficult to sleep at night, shutters in bedroom let the light in at night, no air con in the bedroom

It's an mmaculate apartment metres from the beach, fully equipped with everything you'll need.
There's a bit of street noise, which would probably be louder in peak periods.

The location and situation of unit 1 was absolutely perfect. Our hosts were exemplary, very friendly and excellent communicators. The unit was clean, modern and lovely to stay in. Could not have asked for anything more. We have rebooked.

Outstanding holiday apartment with amazing views and walk to everything. Golf club directly opposite yet apartment was quiet and peaceful. Dale and Ben are the most loveliest of hosts and I cannot recommend them enough. They have thought of every little thing a guest could possibly want. Its these personal touches that will remain in my memory and keep me going back. Mollymook is a gorgeous place to stay but staying at Beachfront 1 is a memory to treasure always. A beautiful clean, modern 3 bedroom apartment! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
